For $15.00, I was given plenty of shampoo, conditioner, and supplies to thoroughly clean and bathe my puppy. It took me forever to clean and dry his thick, long, double coat. We were fortunate enough to visit about every two weeks when we lived in town, but now that we're far away, it is still on our list of musts when we come to visit. The homemade treats have never made it more than a week in my house, the self-serve baths have everything you could ever want to make it easy for you and for your pets to smell amazing (especially the blueberry face wash- if you skip this you're missing out on days of blueberry face snuggles, which is pretty much the best). Not to mention all of the wonderful community involvement that they do, there is always a fund raiser or some sort of involvement they have to help local pet shelters, college groups, and the Cape police (just to name a few!)
