The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly! I can say from personal experience that they go very far to make sure the animals going through their non-profit facility go to the right loving responsible home. The negative reviews on here don't line up with our experience. I highly recommend looking at their program called "Paws for Parole". These dogs come out of the program well behaved and trained. After accepting the paperwork the woman came back and asked whether the puppy was going to be an indoor or outdoor dog. I stated that she was going to be an outdoor dog. This killed the deal despite the plan to keep the dog inside till it was bigger. The lady said that their policy would not allow puppies to be outdoor dogs. Perhaps some of the detail that they show in interrogating potential owners would be better used in care for the animals. After 2 wasted trips and broken hearts I can not say we or the dog were well served.
