When you speak with a rep better plan on spending at least an hour as their systems load like the dinosaurs of the 80s. If you're lucky enough to speak with a US based rep you get the privilege is explaining your issue at least 3 times - each one telling you that you are in the right place for support... NOT! After that, they will try to sell you not once but at least 3 times to upgrade rather than execute the request for which you called. One must be careful to confirm what your payment will be after they finally input your request - and be prepared to hear them ask you what your hesitation is in accepting the deal that will increase your payment!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…read more I took my phone here to be repaired after the screen cracked. They replaced the screen and I paid over 300.00. Four days later the screen was completely black. I took the phone back in and it was replaced, as expected, at no cost. Six weeks later my screen started to develope the same problem the other had in four days. It started turning black. I took it back again and was told that their supplier had refused a warranty on the first one so this one was my problem. When I pay 300.00+ dollars to get a phone fixed I don't expect the repair center to tell me they have problems getting their supplier to honor a warranty for them and it's now my problem. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE DOES NOT PRETEND TO WANT REPEAT BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Then she got an iphone 7. I am now trying to use the 6 thru straight talk. It is network locked they say. LAST WEEK i was told by cricket customer service that it could be unlocked but would take 24 hours. They created a ticket gave me a ticket number and told me to call back the ne xt day. I did so then was told that they would be contacting me with how to unlock it. All that was LAST WEDNESDAY!! TODAY IS FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 6 2019 AND I HAVE HERD NOTHING FROM ANYONE AND STILL CANT USE MY PHONE!! PURE CRAP CRICKET YOU SUCK!!!!!!
