Fantastic place!! System hard drive failed. Took computer over there on a Tuesday afternoon, spoke with the check in lady, super nice! Then the tech walked in a few minutes later. His name is Tim. Also super nice! He listened to what I told him and the pics I had taken and assured me he felt this could be taken care of. I needed my data retrieved and if cost was reasonable, my laptop working again. For less than $400, they put in a new hard drive, a new battery, (mine was a little swollen) reinstalled windows, restored all my data and even put back my programs that they could. This is a fairly expensive laptop so the price was completely acceptable. It was ready by Friday afternoon. It only took that long because we had to order a new battery and had to wait on delivery. But he had all the other work done and was just waiting on that on Friday. Very nice people, excellent work. They will now be my go to for computer work. read more

I was informed by The Geek Squad that yes, there was a problem with the charging port, but the whole motherboard would have to be replaced. This meant a repair charge in excess of $300. So we walked. After struggling with where to take it to locally, I decided to try Sinc. Within a couple of days they got back with me and told me that the cable from the charging port to the motherboard had become either loose or disconnected. So, they reconnected it. No parts to replace. Based on that, it makes me wonder if the Geek Squad even bothered to look at it. Sinc charged me for 1/2 of an hour of labor.... that was it. They were quick, clear, and reasonable. I will definitely be going back to them.
