A good solid health food resource…read more As a visitor, this was not so useful as I was not in a position to cook; the orientation is towards fresh ingredients, specialty items, supplements and body care products. The staff was friendly, and seems to be a font of knowledge for the regulars who streamed in while I was there. They pointed me int he right direction for eating,,,and I could not be more grateful.
