Well this is a review about service I have been coming there since the place opened before that my…read morewife came there as a medical patient not one time have I ever not got what I ordered I made a order at 4:00 AM on the 30th Of June got a text message at 1158 saying my order was ready for pick up at 5 to 5:30 when I got there you proceed to tell me that one of my ounces are not there then I was offered to replace it with $40 quarters which would have been 160 an ounce not 50 which is what I purchase I would not have came all the way over there if I knew my order was not there Number one you should not be able to complete the order if the product is not there And number two you should not receive a text message saying the order is complete when it clearly is not There was nothing in the message or any message about my stuff not being there they waited to tell me that till I got there This does not make me happy I spend $300 easy a week in there and I may be taking my 300 elsewhere I hate to have to leave this kind of review but service was not very good today I got spoke to like it was my fault and that is unacceptable If I could give zero stars I would hopefully you can look back in the orders for today June 30th and get a hold of me 'cause I'm not putting my information on this review for everybody to have This was the Anna Illinois store by the way
