So on my work trip to Paducah I was looking for a healthy place to have breakfast before my shift…read more I love smoothies and juice so decided I had to stop here. While there are other places similar to here in Paducah, I like supporting small businesses so obviously I came here! It's in the back of a health store which resembles a pharmacy and they have about 8 different flavors of smoothies and juices to choose from. All made in front of you with fresh ingredients. I loved the smoothie and the juice was definitely interesting! Sweet employees too. Would definitely return and try a juice cleanse. For more food reviews follow my Instagram @jus_eatin_good

Surprise juice/ smoothie stand inside a wellness center…read more This little building offers all types of wellness services, aromatherapy, CBD, and a great natural selection of pantry stapes with a few frozen items. The Smoothies are deliciously crafted and offer different benefits and combinations. I liked that some were coconut water based, others almond milk and other juice based. Two sizes were offered and presented in recyclable cups. I felt the super large circumference of the straws was a bit tacky and sorta against the natural way of living since straws are unnecessary plastic but also kinda essential for a thick smoothie. We got the energize and island getaway smoothie. Both were filling and balanced. Thanks for the awesome customer service and healthy start to the day :)

When the worker at the window handed us our drinks she didn't say which was oat milk and which wasn't. We asked her which one was oat milk, and she simply told us she didn't know. It would have been a nice effort by Scooter's if they would have offered to remake one with oat milk so we could be sure.

I got a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant and a cup of corn chowder. WOW! Seriously delicious, y'all. The sandwich was $5.50 and the soup was $3. Amazing prices for such a tasty hearty lunch. The croissant was soft and flaky and perfect, the chicken salad was flavorful, and the corn chowder was. Just. Everything. Savory, creamy perfection.

A pain management clinic sits next door to this bakery, but even I (as a physician with some…read moreknowledge in the area) couldn't help but think that perhaps the display of sweets might be better at relieving pain than medications. The chocolate crinkle cookie I settled on delivered a delicate, melty texture. Conversely, the spicy crackers I ate later were robustly flavored (and hey, capsaicin does have some uses in pain medicine too). Their cafe menu didn't have a ton that interested me, and this didn't seem to be a place for people with niche dietary needs, but as a regular bakery it satisfied.

It's near double the price anywhere I've ever got coffee in my travels. For me I'd choose 2 hour old hotel coffee before going to this place again. Hopefully enough locals like the place. Because I'm a small business supporter but in this economy that was over the top squeezing the customer charging $2.40ish per shot of espresso. Again double the price for a dub(double) shot. Thanks

Their logo with the "sheesh that's fast!" is a bit ironic because the line extended out of the…read moreparking lot and down the street on the Sunday morning we drove up. I would guess this is one of their busier days, both because it's a weekend and because so many other coffee shops are closed on the Lord's Day (which I respect, but a girl on a roadtrip gotta get her coffee somewhere). Waiting in the line seemed faster than driving all the way to another shop, only to find out it's closed (which had happened twice already). In any event, the line moved neither particularly fast nor slow, and at some point it was our turn to order, pull forward, wait, and receive our coffees. The mister got a plain coffee with cream and sugar, I ordered a cappuccino. Espresso drinks feel like a safer choice when you don't know the quality of the coffee being served. Now having tasted their coffee, I'd say there is no reason to fret over this decision and would order a black coffee at Dub House without hesitation, were we to return. Both his coffee and my cappuccino were hot and delicious, served by some very friendly ladies. People who live in the area probably already know this. People reading my review looking for a place to stop as you're driving through, definitely yes, do.
