We walked into tbe store and no one was in the restaurant eating--I see why now. We Proceeded to the counter and a guy came out of the kitchen and said nothing to us but just looked at us like what do you want--I am busy. Then he went back to the kitchen and sent another employee out that took our order-- not any friendlier. At that point I started to walk out but didn't. 2) The place is very nasty every time we go in there. The Floors haven't been swept, all the tables are dirty and the windows and doors are very dirty.

I honestly cannot believe this place is allowed to operate. From the moment I walked in, it felt…read moreless like a restaurant and more like a biohazard zone. The floors were sticky, the tables had visible crumbs and grease. If basic sanitation is too much to ask, then you shouldn't be serving food--period. But somehow, the filth was only half the problem. The employees were unbelievably rude and clearly uninterested in doing their jobs. No greeting, no eye contact, no attempt at basic courtesy. When I politely asked a question about the menu, I was met with an eye roll and a tone that suggested I was inconveniencing them by simply existing. Customer service here is not just bad--it's nonexistent. To make matters worse, some of their items on the menu were awfully unpleasant to the tongue. Which honestly isn't surprising given the conditions of the place. After seeing how dirty everything was, I completely lost my appetite and couldn't even bring myself to take more than one bite. This restaurant is a perfect example of how NOT to run a business. If you value cleanliness, basic respect, or your health, do yourself a favor and stay far away. I wouldn't come back if they paid me.

While there are other places similar to here in Paducah, I like supporting small businesses so obviously I came here! It's in the back of a health store which resembles a pharmacy and they have about 8 different flavors of smoothies and juices to choose from. All made in front of you with fresh ingredients. I loved the smoothie and the juice was definitely interesting! Sweet employees too. Would definitely return and try a juice cleanse. For more food reviews follow my Instagram @jus_eatin_good

Surprise juice/ smoothie stand inside a wellness center…read more This little building offers all types of wellness services, aromatherapy, CBD, and a great natural selection of pantry stapes with a few frozen items. The Smoothies are deliciously crafted and offer different benefits and combinations. I liked that some were coconut water based, others almond milk and other juice based. Two sizes were offered and presented in recyclable cups. I felt the super large circumference of the straws was a bit tacky and sorta against the natural way of living since straws are unnecessary plastic but also kinda essential for a thick smoothie. We got the energize and island getaway smoothie. Both were filling and balanced. Thanks for the awesome customer service and healthy start to the day :)

It kind of tasted like burned sunflower seeds. The cappuccino was also underwhelming, with poor milk texture and an overall unpleasant flavor. No soap dispenser in the bathroom or any sign of soap at all was also concerning.
