Customer service takes me an average of 1.5 hours to get through to. They provide internet and phone service but there have been occasions where their own internal phone system was down. They feed me the same BS lines about upgrading their towers every time I tell them my internet sucks. I fell for it the first time but it doesn't take 3 years to set up a 4g network bridge. I have been getting about 800 kbps since the 26 of December when I pay $65 a month for 5 Mbps. To put it simply I get about 16% of what I pay for about 40% of the year. The rest of the time it is bearable. The tech was out here today and ran a speed test from my house to Casair which said 5 Mbps. This is not a very good test for an internet connection since the first stop once a packet leaves my house is Casair in Stanton. Every single speed test I have ran since getting home from work has given around 800 kbps except the Casair server test which is almost always 5 Mbps. I don't watch movies on casiar.net I watch them on netflix.com. If you want an accurate speed test run it from somewhere other than your ISPs personal server. What I take from this is my connection through the tower to their network in Stanton is fine, 5 Mbps but they do not let it get past them to say, Google or Netflix, pick your favorite website, with any realistic speed/rate. What other reason could I get 5 Mbps to their server but nowhere else i run a speed test from? Downloads show the exact same trend. I use speedtest.net, and speedof.me for testing internet speeds and Steam client for downloads. I made sure they device I tested on was not downloading updates or using the bandwidth for anything but the speedtests. I did have links to all my speed tests linked on here but Yelp is broken and I have had to redo this review 4-5 times since their algorithm for filtering reviews is worthless. I just want people to be aware that Casair either thinks we are all dumb and there is nothing wrong or they just do not care that their service is terrible. Who knows maybe they will see this post an actually make an effort to help instead of treating me like a number and blowing me off while taking my money. Just for some background, I am part of a three man team which manages IT for factories in Michigan and Kentucky. I do networking including bridges similar to what Casair uses. This is just the tip of the iceberg. I am not on here to post a resume I would just like to clarify that I know what am doing and have been doing it for a long time. I have never been late with a payment and I have always been polite with them.

Hard to believe when many stores are open 24/7 now, and everyone uses their internet 24/7/365 that they don't have support for their Network. Only 40 hours a week if you're lucky.
