WTH? There is NO explanation for why they don't call you for your credit card number so that they can provide you with the refund. I've been now waiting for 2 months to get my refund back from the contractor, as Cash & Carry has washed their hands. I would not purchase materials from here unless they were my last and only choice.

They gave us several discounts, did a great job, and scheduled delivery to our house with removal of the old appliances in two days. Everyone there was very nice, and the store was clean and orderly.
