I go to Mt Pleasant, they only have the A9+ and S9 Fe. My issue is your job is attention to detail and especially model numbers in this job, and the store manager should know what they carry and don't carry. So not only did I waste time coming to the store, I have to wait additional days for ordering online. I would have ordered online anyway but I was out of town and wanted to pick up in store. The male salesperson told me he would call me on a specific date to check on my account and he failed to do so. The male manager "C" was rude, obnoxious and unprofessional. It's been 2 months now and I still am out over $700 plus being charged monthly for a phone I payed for. "C" should be fired. The WORST customer service.
