He does not do the work himself he hires that out. Eric is only the one who wants the money and he asks for it constantly. The two trees that were taken down in my families yard left huge Divet's in the grass in no way shape or form did he do a total cleanup of anything except the tree there was wood chips branches everywhere it was a complete mess. After they took the two trees down Eric immediately came and wanted more money to pay them even though he had gotten the money already. He was told not to drive any vehicles on the lawn due to the fact that there is a sprinkler system and he completely ignored this and not only drove his truck on the lawn but brought in a heavy equipment operator to remove the trees damaging sprinkler systems. He was also informed enough to block the street and he did so anyway wanting people to drive on other peoples lawns. When he wanted to collect more money he was informed that the owner of the home would be back at a certain time and he got extremely angry. Several other trees on the property were damaged and he did nothing about those there was no cleanup done by him and having a sprinkler system fixed was all a cost to my family. He left a horrible mess and had the nerve to call back and ask about other trees to be taken down. Folks this is our experience and I know that there are many others in the area that I've had issues so all I can say is run as fast as you can if you see him or he approaches you do not use his service I'm warning you.
