Jess returned my call promptly and completed the work on time. He exceeded our expectation on the removal of a tree that was ready to topple on our property. He was aware that we needed to keep one area clear for water run off so he hauled the extra to the side for us. Professional and honest. If I need any other work done Jess will be my first call. They removed a massive willow tree (after I got six quotes, theirs was the most reasonable for the heavy equipment needed), handled tree trimming, and even took care of vegetation management on a large ravine next to my property. What I really appreciate is how professional and responsive Malcome is. Most of the crew is the same team I met 12 years ago, and they've treated every job with care (large or small). They recently removed a 150-year-old maple tree in the front of my house on a busy road, contracted by the City of Rockford. They took care of all the permits and traffic coordination and handled it safely and efficiently. I've recommended them to friends, and everyone has had a positive experience. Fully insured, highly capable, and easy to work with, they are definitely a company I trust and will keep using.
