Jeremy was quick…read moreto respond to my phone call, and ended up being able to come out and look at our tree the same day. Our maple tree had a large split in the trunk, and we wanted to know what we could do to help it survive. Jeremy was very helpful, and suggested several steps we could take to make the tree healthier. He was optimistic about the tree's chances, and was a good communicator as well. We are so glad that we invited Jeremy Slot over to look at our tree. He obviously knows trees, and gave us several practical ideas to help our maple tree to start to heal from the stress that it experienced a few years ago. VERY happy with Jeremy's professionalism and his experience. We're glad we called him!

They removed a massive willow tree (after I got six quotes, theirs was the most reasonable for the heavy equipment needed), handled tree trimming, and even took care of vegetation management on a large ravine next to my property. What I really appreciate is how professional and responsive Malcome is. Most of the crew is the same team I met 12 years ago, and they've treated every job with care (large or small). They recently removed a 150-year-old maple tree in the front of my house on a busy road, contracted by the City of Rockford. They took care of all the permits and traffic coordination and handled it safely and efficiently. I've recommended them to friends, and everyone has had a positive experience. Fully insured, highly capable, and easy to work with, they are definitely a company I trust and will keep using.
