Popped into this store to ask a question about an eye issue, ended up missing out the doctors appointment & was given the minor eye condition service almost immediately. The staff in this store are unbelievably efficient from front desk to the optician. A certainly well deserved 5 stars from walking into the door to leaving.
This store is the only one in the Bishop Auckland area to offer this service, nearest other is Durham or Darlington. read more
