This Shop is in the Castlegate Centre Stockton on Tees it does get a decent selection of dvds all at reasonable prices does get really busy a lot of days as well however what lets it down it the attitude of the management towards disabled people as a carer for people with disabilities a person I support as part of my carers role recently visited this store unforunatley at the time dvds where a mess some not in order etc to cut a long story short the manager ben went up to the person I help to support right in the face saying stop smashing my shelves up mate implying it was the persons I help to support fault that all the shelves and dvds were a mess when clearly it wasint the person I support fault that the shelving was a mess any customer could of knocked the shelving or put dvds back in wrong place etc I totally do not agree with referring to a disabled person as mate or going up to there face physically intimidating them to the point where the person I help to support had to walk out spending the money instead in the rival tyne bargins shop where paul the manager and his staff have a clear understanding of people with disabilities cex Stockton does have a one very understanding staff member called Laura always very polite the rest of the staff and management need to do a disability awareness course as for the manager ben to go up to a disabled person face like he did and his attitude in general is utterly disgusting and appauling so if you visit this store and you have a disability be on your guard! read more
