Last year my girlfriends laptop conked out and her insurance company told her to take it for a valuation on how much it would be to fix. she took it in there to see if he would be able to do anything about it, he charged her a flat rate for the tests, then when she went back to see how much it would be to fix it he said he would try free of charge. Next time she went in, unfortunately it was beyond repair, but he prepared an engineers report at no extra cost so that she could send it off to the insurance company and she would get the correct valuation on the replacement. More recently, I went in as I wanted a new desktop PC, and got a quote to see how much it would be for the spec I wanted, and found that it was around £300 cheaper than the equivalent if I had gone online and got it manufactured by a larger company. Shows how much commission they take! If you have any computer problems I would recommend this place, he won't overcharge like some of the places in Middlesbrough.

They have a wide range of new games for every console as well as lots and lots of pre-owned games. There's also a few consoles set up for you to try before you buy. As well as consoles and games, they sell accessories (memory cards, console bags, controllers etc) and game related toys (e.g remote controlled Mario Karts, plush toys). The staff are fun, friendly and helpful and very knowledgable about all things Gaming!

This shop only cares about recruiting new customers. When you first go in and browse at the new…read morephones including the I phone they pounce trying to sell you things but once they realise I'm already a customer and I'm having problems with the phone they gave me they are not interested. I have to relay the story over and over again to them about my phone breaking for the second time and one member of staff even had the cheek to accuse me of breaking it on purpose. I refuse to go in anymore as they are so rude to you and obviously put potentially new customers in front of you in the queue to speak to them.
