My friend introduced me who wares prescription glasses, I just like the oversized designer sun ware. When we buy several pairs, sometimes there's some negotiation room. In December most of all the inventory goes half price (not the Cartier). Making an appointment is the way to go, there's a lot of people stopping in and it can get kinda busy sometimes. Save yourself the headache and take your business to a more professional, competent business that does not rip you off for their own benefit. and no need to discuss your concerns to the office manager, she just repeats herself like you didn't hear her the 1st time. since they are a privately owned business with no corporate compliance to adhere to, they are very comfortable doing what they want. the office manager proceeded to walk away from me while I was still questioning her about my up-charges and locked the door and turned off the lights behind the desk yet sat back there advising they are on lunch from 1-2 pm... How rude and very unprofessional. I will be looking into reporting this company for their coding tactics. Every case is not the same and should be treated accordingly.

Got my new glasses from Park Opticians at Fairmont Circle and I had a great experience. After…read moreshopping at both Lenscrafter and Pearle Vision and not finding frames that I really liked and that were in the price range I was looking for, I decided to give Park a try. The experience is much different, with the large chains, they have you go around the shop and pick out frames and then they kind of help guide you through your choices. Park takes a different approach where they sit you down and bring you frames that fit what you are looking for. While the chains have really nice displays, Park has a huge selection and they do a fantastic job of helping you. I had picked out a set of frames that I liked, but when I went back the next day with my prescription, they suggested some other frames and I found a pair that were even better and were a bit less expensive. The other thing that really impressed me was once I had frames selected they were very good about explaining the lenses options and the pricing. Rather then trying to upsell me to more expensive options, they helped me pick out just what I wanted. If you are looking for glasses, you should check out Park Opticians as one of your shopping options.

I have gone back three times now in the last year and each time it is "obviously my fault":. The first time I went back, I was wearing them wrong down on my nose. The second time I went back, I was wearing them with faulty posture. The third time I went back I was given a new eye exam and told that I needed prism readers. The third time cost $105 for the exam. I am the guy who is wearing the glasses and I know what the problem is with this prescription. It's simply faulty and has been from the get-go. So much for carriage trade opticians. I'm definitely going back to the Cleveland Clinic for my eye exam.
