We got thru this one too. I stayed 5 stars because it is as good as it gets with contractors. Adam and his crew worked very hard, did the job as requested, finished in a reasonable time, and it looked just as I hoped when they were done. I went with the low bid this time, which I don't always do. It paid off to the tune of saving about $500. With a handshake, he also told me if we have any issues down the road with the job done to contact him and he will make it right. That's a damn good warranty for me!

Luckily for us our home owners had to pay for an electrician to come out since they are the ones that hired this idiot. I think you can learn a lot about a company by how they respond to your reviews. if you go on google, you will see how he responded to my review. Its not even logical to blame us!!!! ACCIDENTS HAPPEN wasnt a big deal but to pass your mistakes onto a homeowner is despicable & dishonest!!!!!! They also show up with family members to help do the work that ARE NOT LICENSED.

They failed to provide any confirmation or follow-up with me and even took the liberty of changing their appointment times without consulting me, claiming it was not their responsibility to inform. I called this company on May 22nd at 2 p.m. to confirm my appointment, as American Home Service was showing me a different time window for the scheduled service. However, obviously, 2 p.m. must be considered "night time" to these guys. I strongly advise against recommending this company to anyone. In my opinion, they are quite possibly the worst plumbing company I have ever encountered. The guy with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely rude, verbally aggressive, and inappropriate. Once I told him that I would like to do my business with them, he said, "Yeah, you would not have been satisfied by us anyway." He never offered to reschedule, and there was no apology. He's just insanely rude. Also, they falsely accused us of not being at home, which was not the case. They had my phone number, and they definitely should have called me. However, no phone call was made to me about this scheduled appointment. You guys did NOT ring the doorbell for 20 minutes. What a joke. You left the house 5 minutes after your arrival, and it was recorded by my security camera. You need to stop making a false statement and be honest for God's sake. Instead of making excuses over and over again, it would have been more appropriate for this guy to offer me a sincere apology. If this job does not work out for you, you may want to consider closing down your business or finding something else. You should be ashamed of yourself and need to work on your attitude. What a trash company.

Cannot recommend this company in fact, I would warn, especially anyone who doesn't know the basics…read moreabout irrigation and landscaping to stay away. Outside of our own issues with this company, I've had countless complaints of similar issues from our neighbors and friends in other neighborhoods close by. We moved into a new development and the builder contracted with this company. And we found out from one of their previous employees that they take all of their young trainees and tell them to lay the sprinkler heads right off the concrete crease before the sod's put down to cut corners as there is no digging required. The problem with that is the back spray hits the concrete and you're literally are watering the concrete. Ours was cracked and had to be repaired because of this. Typical irrigation you install the sprinkler line/head a foot to 2 feet in. This allows for proper maintenance like edging work, and preventing damage to the concrete ,as well as creating a reasonable gap for fencing to be put in without damaging the irrigation system ,let alone damaged sprinkler heads. They didn't not adjust the sprinkles they installed, they were watering the street. We had to have multiple heads moved. They planted trees that are very toxic to dogs that and we had to pull out a replace them. They did a poor excuse of a job laying sod with gaps and holes over 4inches everywhere. It's one giant lumpy tripping hazard .Every landscape company and yard maintenance company we have had out could not help pointing how awful it looked and gaps/ holes when walking. We got Sod ourselves and still are having to cut and patch a year later. We had them out multi times because they couldn't get the job done right the first time. It's not work the headache to work with them, even if it was under warranty we decided to do it ourselves or hire another company to save time and stress.
