I placed my first order with them Monday and picked it up the following day. You can typically place an order online and pick it up one hour later! Such a convenience, but more than that....they are such kind and wonderful people! I use both HTV and permanent vinyl in the products that I make and when I inquired about a particular manufacturer and if they carry it, they don't...but they do carry another manufacturer's product and gave me 2 (full sized) samples to try. I'm a strong supporter of buying local from small businesses wherever and whenever possible and this company definitely has my support! I have ordered from Specialty Graphics multiple times and have been more than happy with my experiences. Their website is simple to navigate and I appreciate the large selection of color choices as well as the close ups of the colors. I have found them to be very accurate which is super helpful! I am fortunate to live close enough to go into the store and pick up my order, I really appreciate how convenient they have made that process. They only require a couple hours notice during the week which is great for last minute needs! Last, but not least, the staff is always very friendly and helpful when I pick up my order. I purchased various colors of the FDC 4200 & FDC 4300 Series Vinyl Sheets from Specialty Graphics Supply. These vinyl sheets are the perfect size for the Silhouette machine. They are thick enough to make sturdy projects but not so thick it will kill your Silhouette blade. I'm using these sheets to make baby bibs. I can make two infant bibs from one sheet or one toddler bib from a single sheet. I use the Silhouette to make fancy edges but you can easily cut these sheets with a scissor and create a clean edge. Before purchasing from Specialty Graphics Supply I had searched the internet for the best pricing on this size sheet in a specific thickness. Specialty Graphics had the best price and fastest shipping! Their website was easy to navigate and they had lots of color choices in the vinyl I needed. Specialty graphics is wonderful. They have a super selection and great prices. I'm also VERY GRATEFUL for their very transparent and honest shipping policies--they give the customer options, but make sure you are totally informed about the time it may take for each option. Their staff is also super friendly and answered my questions quickly, even after telling me where I could find the answering the website. She told me so I'd have a reference for next time, but she didn't make me wait to find the the answer on my own.
