I ordered some pens for my grand re-opening event from a company based out of San Diego (which will remain nameless because the last time I tried to post a review with their name I got reported!) Anyway, I told them that I needed these pens by no later than February 18th. (I originally placed this order in the beginning of January) I got nervous on the 10th of February which was only about a week away from my event because I still hadn't received them. I called them several times to see where the order was and they gave me a huge run around. I never received a call back from them until the 13th, and they said they were still trying to track the order, I finally got someone on the phone again on the 16th of February and they told me that they had no record of an order even being placed to begin with. I was frustrated and in a total panic so I got online and found Specialty Graphics. I told them what happened and the sales rep that called me back (I think his name was Tom but I am not sure) reassured me that they could have an order processed for me within the next 24 hours and that I need not worry. I just got the order in yesterday on the 17th and it was ON TIME! I am so happy! I will use Specialty Graphics for all of my upcoming events from now on. The staff was helpful and easy to deal with, the pens are great and they delivered on time as promised! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone! Thanks again! read more

To Joe U. of Specialty Graphics: I work for a law office and we are receiving at least one to calls per week from this man as he claims to be, by starting his call out, "the man with the bad jokes". He just called here less than 20 minutes ago and YES, he claimed to be RICH FROM SPECIALTY GRAPHICS. I asked twice just to make sure that is what he was saying. The Phone number on caller i.d. is 504-323-0610.(New Orleans, LA area code). I called it back and got a voice mail that states "Thank you for calling Specialty Graphics of Arizona...." You may want to check up on that since the voicemail states your business name. If you really want to stop these people from making your business look like crooks and pirates, please notify someone that he is using your business name on solicitation calls. He is a real a$$ on the phone and if I knew or thought it was your company being that way to me, I would slander you on this website too because they are advertising as SPECIALTY GRAPHICS when they call. read more

EEKS! TO YAY! A HAPPY RETRACTION! I wrote a review a few days back, ripping this company regarding tactics and misrepresentation of product description. I'm Retracting my original review. I never give 5 star ratings as a rule - no such thing as perfection. Consider this rating of 4 a reflection of my confidence to return as a customer and to recommend this company to others. After sending an email to them with the these complaints, prompt response time and an offer to make things right was received in earnest. M*** described what had become an apparent issue in-house, and the problem was rectified forthwith; their standard of making sales had been violated ( I would have taken the exact same actions were it to happen in my business. The attitude and clear intent to solve my problem was indeed a welcome prelude to a successful resolution of mishap. Kudos to Specialty Graphics; they will be my first call when I look into further promotional products. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible, high pressure sales calls on a regular basis. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this company unless you want a lifetime of harassment from them. I just got off the phone with Jim, who wouldn't take NO for an answer. I told him "no" 11 times and he still kept me on the phone. I hate to be rude to people, but I seemed to not have an option. I have bought products from this company in the past, and the products were decent, but I can't and won't buy every item they call me about that is "left over from their trade show". At this point, I will never buy from this company again, because the phone calls from Jim have gotten so irritating, unpleasant, and unprofessional. Oh, by the way, he told me that if I requested to be removed from their call list, that the company would just have someone else call me. Think twice before doing business with this company. read more

I have been doing business with Specialty Graphics on and off for over 20 years. The real SGI has helped my small packaging business grow my brand over the years with their innovative products and services. My clients love receiving "thank you for your Business" packs from me that SGI's telephone sales professional suggested. My relationship with SGI began when I answered that first telemarketing call from Specialty Graphics. The rep asked me if it was a good time to talk, if I he could ask me a few questions about my business and offered a few excellent suggestions that helped me start my businesses branding process. Never once have I felt the pressure of a "Hard Sell" from one of their sales professionals. I consider SGI to be my Advertising and Marketing partner. My business trusts Specialty Graphics. All I can say is Thank You!!! - Roger S. read more

I had ordered pens before from Specialty Graphics. They have great concept pens with stylus, etc. So I ordered again from them. The previous time they had gotten the slogan wrong for our company, but got the meaning of it right. Because our agenda Is to fight SIDS, getting the right slogan was not that important. Now I ordered again, this time a stylus/screen cleaner pen, for a startup company I am forming. Wouldn't you know it but they have the slogan wrong again. This time my slogan is a service mark and has a specific meaning. When I noticed the misprint, I called them and they said they would get replacement pens to me... Just getting the replacements is taking a lot longer than getting the original order took and they have not arrive yet. read more

SGI is as good as it gets for UNETHICAL PRACTICES, RUDE, HARASSMENT! Our company has requested they remove us from their call list, but they still call - as much as 3 times a day. When asking to speak with a supervisor, they hung up on us. Their caller id shows as private or blocked, so we cant just ignore them. We will be spreading the word whatever way we can to let people know not to do business with them. If they had complied with our original request to call us back in 30 days, they would have had our business. Thanks for showing us what kind of company you really are. We will continue to do business with another printing company. read more

I would like to start by saying thank you to my salesman Ed Wallace, I have ordered products in the past for different events or programs but never have I needed products to promote myself for my upcoming campaign, with Mr. Wallace help and knowledge of his products and experience in knowing what design, color, and type of products would best fit my personality and organization, we came up with some great campaign giveaways and not to mention the quality of the products is second to none and that means everything to me! My favorite product from these guys is definitely the Tool Pens! I just received another order of them today! I've been buying from the same sales rep for about 6 years. He calls me every few months to let me know about new products they have and what he can get me a good deal on.. and he's fun to talk to. We've done cups, calenders, flashlights, even these big giant pens. But I really love the tool pens. Everything they send me is a big hit with my customers. It's inexpensive, my customers appreciate it, and we've even gotten some referrals with these. It's a Win Win! read more

I was recently looking for some type of memento / advertising piece to give out to clients. I wanted something that didn't look cheap and was of good quality. I ended up ordering laser engraved key chains from Specialty Graphics, Inc.. I was more than pleasantly surprised at the product I received. The engraving was on point. The key chains were shiny, great color, awesome quality, durable, and looked super expensive. I definitely plan on ordering more and trying out other products of theirs for my business in the future. read more

I am very impressed by this company... I ordered some pens a while back and there was a problem with the the spelling of my name when I received the order from UPS. I wanted to get the issue resolved as fast as possible seeing as though my busiest season had already started. When I spoke to Mark in customer service he was extremely helpful and they took care of my problem right away, in fact, it only took them a few days. I will use Specialty Graphics for all of my advertising from now on. read more

I've had nothing but great service and product from SGI Phoenix. I've ordered the carabiner clips for Father's Day, color changing cups for Fall Festivals, keyring flashlights, stylus and laser light pens for church. Everything I've ordered has been right and on time. Read some of these other reviews and have never had those experiences. Actually proudly recommend them to business associates. And . . our salesman has never been rude either, whether we buy that time or not. read more

I've been getting swag from Specialty Graphics for years. Swag is not generally high quality stuff, but it is a great way to promote your business. I have not always been happy with the quality but I have always gotten adjustments to my account to compensate for shoddy items. The orders generally come when I'm told and are imprinted accurately as expected. The customer rep does tell bad jokes but he's a real person like you or me, just trying to perform a service. read more

if you buy from these people they will hound you on the phone. They will continue to harass you after you request to be removed from the call list. They are selling cheap chinese made crap that you don't need. Call a local promotional company before you do business with these people. Look around at other reviews to get the proof. These are the worst kind of telemarketing scumbags. Rude, vulgar, relentless, and poor quality. What more could you want? read more

I wanted to write and say that I am very pleased with the way Specialty Graphics Inc handled a complaint I filed about them . I ordered some Tool Pens and I was very dissatisfied with them . Harassing phone calls to business, home, and cell phone. Will not remove us from the call list. They call every day around the same time with caller ID blocked so you cant see who it is. One guy calls himself Aaron Bird or Aaron Byrd, very pushy, does not listen to you. You have to hang up. Someone please shut this company or its harassing phone calls down. This has been going on for years!!! read more
