The 4Runner received a full interior and exterior detail, and it looks better than it has in years. The interior is spotless, and the exterior had a fresh, clean finish that I honestly wasn't expecting from a vehicle its age. For my GR Corolla, Luis did a hand wash and ceramic coating, and the car came out looking incredible - deep shine, smooth finish, and clearly done with care. As someone unused to having a new car, I feel so much better about the paint protection. Best of all is Luis himself. He is friendly, easy to communicate with, and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. One of the cars couldn't be finished in a single day (my fault not Luis'), and without hesitation Luis arranged to come back later to make sure everything was completed properly. My intention was simply to have a professional conversation and give you the opportunity to inspect the areas I mentioned. Multiple installers have already pointed out the same issues with visible edges and areas that were not properly tucked. That's not an accusation--it's a quality concern. Pretty much instantly he replied, and we agreed that the weather was not going to play nicely with an outside detailing, but he could definitely take care of the inside. I sent him some pictures, and he agreed he could clean it. He had time this week, so I made an appointment and brought it over. We went over the details of the car, with me explaining the spots that had me concerned and he explained to me his process and what he was able to do. It'd be about 3 hours. So off I went. And after 3 hours Tyler informed me he needed another hour - and of course! My car was filthy! And when I got back, I was stunned. The slurpee stain? Gone. Cereal and taco cheese? Gone. But he also understood that the special snowflake stickers on the side of the door? Those needed to stay - else I face the wrath of the screaming toddler. Even the dinosaur sticker on the console - the protective charm my toddler gave me - is still there, without me having to explain. But all the nasty, disgusting dirt? GONE. This is disappointing my fault I should have just done it myself and saved my $89 because I even left a tip. Will never go here again. The detail was a wash and carpet cleaning, light interior wipe down and no seats touched. paid $110 This was steep compared to the place I usually go and get full service for $120, which includes exterior wash, interior thorough cleaning, carpets washed and my leather seats wiped down and treated. I fully regret not going to my usual spot but I wanted to give a local Elk Grove business an opportunity. Went went wrong, the exterior was washed and dried to my expectations but the interior was still not fully cleaned and I had an issue with the carpet smelling even after leaving all my windows down. They were nice enough to have me go back and cleaned it again. There is a miss with the service you get here even though they are busy. I will never go back, there is room for another wash and detail spot in Elk Grove 1,000 %.
