He called me to let me know it might rain the day I had scheduled the car detailing and that he'd be willing to reschedule to the following day (his day off) to avoid the car succumbing to wet weather. He genuinely cared about my situation and what I was trying to accomplish and treated me as far more than just a number. Today I went through with my truck, which had some fresh mud splashed up from a little dirt road adventuring, and a couple days of road grime on the hood and top of the cab. Ran through the first time, and was definitely disappointed. The road grime was still there, as if it hadn't been affected at all, the wheels were still filthy, and there was caked mud on the running boards. I asked if I could go through again, and if there was maybe a hose I could use to spray off the bigger deposits of mud. They didn't offer any solution other than for the young lady at the front of the drive through to spray it off. Sadly, the hose is only long enough to reach the left side of the vehicle. So only the drivers side gets any pre wash? What the heck?! After the second run through the wash, nothing had changed. Mud on the steps, grime on the hood and cab roof, and wheels looked like trash. I don't know what changed, but please...change it back.

I came here this morning to clean my vehicle, and it will definitely be my last…read more I got there around 8:30 this morning, and one of the customers had his truck parked on the back end (where you turn into the stall), so I used the only one that I could make the turn into. The guy spend like 15 minutes drying his truck, and was watching me like a hawk, for some reason. Anyway, if you plan on using their change machine, make sure you use a hot iron on your bills before you insert them. Otherwise, they won't take them. If your bill has the smallest crease in it, the machine will not take it. So I finally get my change, after spending a couple of minutes trying to make my bills flat as a board. I go back over to insert the coins into the machine in the stall, and my quarter gets stuck in there. Mind you, creepy truck dude is still watching my every move. It wasn't until I made an unsuccessful attempt to retrieve my quarter that he said something to me. "Hey,that machine don't work. Use the other one". Yea, no shit Sherlock. Would have been awesome if you told me that BEFORE I stuck the quarter in. So I had to back up into another stall that was more functional. I got about seven minutes out of the machine. However, when I turned the knob to the wax setting, all that came out was water. So with the wax not being a viable option, I selected the tire cleaning option. Some green crap came out of the hose, which did a decent job of cleaning the tires. However, at one point, I looked up, only to discover that the same green stuff I was spraying on my tires was dripping down onto the roof of my vehicle from the base of where the hose is attached, on the ceiling of the stall. I had to spend my last remaining seconds of time washing this Joker Juice looking crap off the roof of my car. I'd like to conclude this review by telling you to not waste your time or money over here, and just go to Quick Quack or one of the Arco car washes. You can sit back and relax while the machine cleans your car for you, and you won't have to worry about tire dressing, or whatever the f**k that green crap was ending up on the roof of your car.

I trusted them, I removed it but they never paid my insurance carrier. Now I am reposting. On July 29, 2024 I took my brand new 2024 Kia Sorrento through this car wash. There was a little Toyota Tacoma in front of my vehicle. Somehow that Toyota bounced off the tracks and stopped moving. The car wash did not stop and my car kept hitting the Toyota repeatedly. Finally, they turn the car wash off. The guy told me to proceed through the car wash and go back around and go through the car wash again. I asked him if there was any damage to the front of my car and he assured me there was not. Well, as you can see from the photos they're clearly was damaged. This cracked my front bumper my grill caused my front sensor to malfunction. My vehicle only had 552 miles on it when I went through this car wash. I purchased this vehicle on July 4. Didn't even have it for one month. I filed a claim through my insurance carrier they took care of the damages. I was called by Bubba's car wash. They assured me they were gonna pay for the damages. It's almost been one year and my insurance company has not received one penny from this car wash they lied to me. I know these incidents happen far in between doesn't happen to everybody, but this is poor customer service. When you promised to pay and you don't that impacts your business negatively. Almost a year later and they still haven't paid my insurance carrier.
