We've even recommended him to a couple of friends since they're always so reliable and honest. This time, we had some issues with our outlets in our garage not working. We weren't sure why tripping the breaker didn't work so they came for a service inspection. It was a little tricky to figure out what was the reason, but Diego was able to figure it out. It was a tripped outlet behind our large shoe rack that needed to be reset. Usually, this probably wouldn't be hard to figure out, but since it was so hidden and he didn't know we had an outlet back there, I was surprised that he was actually able to deduce the problem and swap out the outlet so it wouldn't require it to trigger if one of the other outlets overamped. This shoe rack is pretty massive, and they went above and beyond to unbolt it from the wall and move it away to access the triggered outlet. Now, if there was a overage in electricity, it would go straight to the breaker. We also had some issues with our Master Bedroom LEDs and he was nice enough to go into our ceiling to troubleshoot to see if there were issues. Finally, he also ended up giving us some really good advice and knowledge about our electricity overall. This is always nice to get so we can try and troubleshoot ourselves before we call them. The owner, Marco, always hires really good people. This was our first time working with Diego, and although the people we worked with before have left his company (we asked and was told they started their own electric company), I'm happy that so far, whoever came on Marco's behalf has been incredibly knowledgeable, fair, and professional.
