My husband seemed bummed out in their selection as well, but we made the best of it and chose two different items. Also they were out of some main colors like black and solid purple. Like I said was super bummed with my experience overall because of not having the items I wanted and colors I needed. When I came to pick up my items they had all kinds of new inventory which made me even more bummed out. I felt like my money was wasted on something I didn't even really want but had to choose from. I really wanted to do this color me mine thing with hello kitty items but those did not come in until after. I guess hit or miss when it comes to inventory. Also

Whether it's for a large scale project, event , small business or a personal project involving printing ( such as logos or artwork) , (fence screen) windscreens, netting , or padding I highly recommend giving Collins family-owned company the opportunity to show you what they can create ! My colleague passed away from cancer so a group of us got together to do the Relay of Life South…read moreOrange County event in his memory. This was a very meaningful event for us and his family. I was sure to let the businesses know how serious this was to all of us. I found My1of1 through the Yelp process of getting multiple estimates. They were the most competitive bid at $13/shirt with no minimum and that they accepted Amex. Ahmon gave a 7-10 business days approximate turn around so I made sure I collected shirt sizes from my team over 2 weeks prior to the date I wanted the shirts. When I reached out to the email he provided I received a return to sender email notification. He had given me the wrong email. I had to dig up the Yelp message we had to ask him to send me an email. I immediately noticed the typo between the information provided and his actual email. Small mistake, at this point still forgivable. I made my order and paid for my shirts. I had one last minute change in sizes within the day. I asked Ahmon if I can switch one of the sizes. He said he was able to. SIZE WAS NOT CHANGED. If he said it was too late and he already began printing, I would have understood, but he mistakenly reassured me that it wasn't a problem. I did not find this out until after I picked up my shipment and did inventory. Some time passed after I paid and I began worrying about the shirts. I reached out to Ahmon and he said THEY'VE BEEN DONE!! Wow had I known I could have picked them up and distributed to the team sooner. But at least they're done on time. When I went to pick them up at our next mutual availability, he was very apologetic, SUPER NICE, and even offered a partial refund. Honestly I don't want to give anyone a hard time if I get what I need before my event. The shirts were all in a box and a bit more wrinkled and messy than when I have ordered shirts from folks prior. All of the sizes were all over the place and not ordered by sizing so I couldn't check until I got back to my office. The reason that ultimate landed this one star is POOR PRINT QUALITY. I immediately noticed the white parts of our team logo printed very poorly onto the red shirt. You could see the red through the white parts. Not too awful... BUT!! After ONE WASH, the design was COMPLETELY FADED!!! Are you serious?!?!?! This shirt was suppose to be meaningful and something we can remember our deceased loved one and honor him... We all want to keep the shirt in good shape and it was faded in ONE WASH!! Wow... I have cheap clothes that I have worn for years and it hasn't even faded THIS BADLY yet... I am SO UPSET. I don't need a refund. I don't need a pathetic apology. I am pissed at any of the other reviews endorsing this place! Unless you plan on never washing your shirt and wearing the shirt only once, I DO NOT recommend this business. Their poor quality is losing them on a lot of business because I frequently need a shop to print shirts for both personal and business reasons.

I already had a business I was working with in the Costa Mesa area but I was looking for a company closer to my office. I interviewed with a company near by. They were pleasant and professional but very, very expensive. I went by ProGroup and interviewed with them. They too were pleasant and professional from the business department right to the working reproduction room. Everyone I met from the printers to the drivers became more than a business relationship...they became friends/family. The folks were so helpful and friendly. All this and they were less expensive than their competitors, significantly less expensive. After a couple months looking for wedding invites and receiving quotes between $3k - $4k I decided…read morewith some help and my moderate creativity this is something that can be DIY'd. It wasn't as easy as I thought. I designed an invitation, rsvp card and reception details and set up the file to print on the same sheet of paper. I wanted black thermography type printing which has raised text. It didn't take long to read a few reviews here and get the feeling that I was in the right hands with Heston Graphics. Once I met with Lon I quickly felt like he was treating me like I was family. He relentlessly helped adjust all the files so they were lined up properly, fixed some sizing issues and added cut marks for his machines to read. He also caught a major spelling error I made that would have had to be reprinted. He spent so much time perfecting the files... borders, sizing etc AND gladly waived the hourly design fee. He has a heart of gold and I knew, like myself, his goal is an amazing finished product. One of his many specialties is foil stamping. I wanted a logo stamped with black foil and Lon got it done while other companies told me the location desired just wasn't possible. He also redesigned it to look more impressive and took the time to vectorize a photoshop file. Lon is lightyears beyond an expert in his craft and truly cares to perform the greatest work possible all while treating you with white glove service.. Heston Graphics is a mix of old world craftsmanship with new era graphic art capabilities. The very best part is that care and service of yesteryear remains alive and well here.. pretty rare these days. I'm now brainstorming for projects that I can work with Heston Graphics on for my business as well. I know I found a home for special projects and I have no doubt that Lon's future works of art will always be nothing short of perfection. Thank you Lon.
