The Ham Lake location was a little backed up due to staff shortages. I okay'd having my car "shipped" to a secondary location for the actual repairs. It ended up in Sauk Rapids. My main contact person was Justin and he was wonderful with customer service communication. I received updates 2-3 times a week for 3 weeks. I also received text messages to follow along with repair updates. Somehow it worked out that they finished early and were able to "ship" my car back to Ham Lake a day earlier than what was quoted on the text updates.
