They…read morecame out promptly and were extremely knowledgeable concerning what I needed done in addition to other issues they noticed. In trying to make things easier to handle, a worker was informed to cut off supporting branches of a huge limb that was perched on my tree. Doing so caused the limb to break free of the tree itself and not just pull out my power lines to my house, but also hit the roof in a way that caused the eaves and connected gutter to separate some from the roof itself. They did the job quickly and got all branches up as stated, but their cleanup afterwards was limited primarily to the branches and the initial blowing off of the roof to work on it. The roof and the walkway to my house were left covered in saw dust. Before I paid the company, their responses were quick and professional. After they left and I noticed the damage to the roof -- all that would be needed was to hammer the eaves back in and make sure no further damage is done to the gutter -- it took hours to hear back from the company. A week ago they said they would send someone out to do a quick repair and I imagine since they have the money, they have no need to try and continue to provide good service.

On Sunday 7/26/25, I found the Total Brush Removal Llc website and submitted a request for a free quote. Jeremy sent me a text very quickly and we set up a time the very next day for him to come by and see what all needed to be done and give me a quote. Monday, 7/27, he came by and he gave me a quote. He told me that the job would be done on Thursday 7/30. I agreed and we talked about what time I'd be home from work and how to make payment. He told me the job would be finished before I made it home but I could call and make payment or he could come by and get the payment. Monday night at 9:03pm, he texted me a Property Restoration Proposal document. Just the document, no text with it. In the body of the proposal, it states "We appreciate the opportunity to restore your property and look forward to completing your project on July 30." I was at a concert so I opened it, scanned it, and put my phone away. On Thursday 7/30, I ended up being sick so I was at home all day. I kept expecting to see the crew come by and start working. I never received any kind of communication from Jeremy so at 6:19pm I sent him a text asking when they were coming by. Jeremy sent me a text saying he didn't get a confirmation from me for the date and he stated "I was trying to squeeze you in there it'll probably be next week until I can get there." I responded and told him we spoke about the date and time AND the proposal even had that date, I took that to mean it was confirmed. He then responded with "Okay must have slipped my mind you have to excuse me on that. I'll try to squeeze you into tomorrow otherwise I can have them there monday." I ended the conversation with "okay, great." Guess who NEVER showed up? Not the next day OR Monday... and has NEVER communicated anything else to me. I really wish I could've been able to rate the quality of the work but, unfortunately, the poor communication and lack of follow through was all I experienced.
