I was a fan and used to go weekly to get massages here (I'm a retired vet with muscle/joint/back…read moreissues). However, after being rudely confronted yesterday by the masseuse, I will take my business to else where. The appointment was as usual except the masseuse stopped a few times to go address walk in customers (which I noted). So at the end, I tipped accordingly (15%) because of the interruptions and this is when customer service went out the window. The tech started pointing at the little sticker that RECOMMENDED 20% to which I asked was it mandatory. She then wanted to keep going but I decided I had enough and left. My recommendation (as a paying customer) to this business is to let go of the entitled attitude, charge what you think you're talents are worth, and stop expecting your customers to give you what you think they should. People work hard for their money and can spend it how and on what they want. As a business, it is so unprofessional to try to argue/bully people into giving you what you feel you're entitled to.

You tell me if this is worth more than a star. This young lady maybe mid 20's short hair cut above…read moreshoulder on side and back hair lightened, little heavyset and wears glasses. Anyway, I pay for 90 minutes up front, she asks if I want to tip now. I say no I'll pay cash for tip. Starts off cracking my back, no warm up or loosening of the muscles straight into cracking. Sat down on a stool with wheels and just greased up my back rolled around me moved and moved the grease around. There was no rhyme or reason nothing was symmetrical. She kind of used her forearm on one side then not the other. It was starting to get obvious she doesn't know what she's doing. I would say I get massages average once a month as I travel a lot. Anyway, I'll keep going, I could go more into her weird squeezing technique of my calves and other things, I think you're getting the idea. I flip over and see 80+ minutes is gone and all I am is slimed. She asked face massage? I say sure, she rubbed by forehead and neck for 5 minutes. Now here's the thing, I booked this because I had a two day off road motorcycle class at BMW and my legs were trashed sore! Especially my quads. I ask if she will do my legs she says of course. She literally does that karate chop with the heel of her hands on one thigh, stops, leaves one hand on my hip and starts speaking Chinese. I think oh she's saying a prayer or something, that's nice. Nope she's speaking into a translation app and it tells me I should buy another 15 minutes for her to do my legs. I say no thank you kind of laughing to myself by this point how bad this is. And she pretty much quits right there. Nothing on the arms, barely anything on legs, sat down, yadda yadda. I get dressed come out and as she hands me a water she says "tip?" I laughed and asked if she was even a masseuse, of course she didn't understand. I handed $20 that I shouldn't have and left. I slept on it for a night before I wrote this review to make sure, as usually if something isn't good I don't write anything and if you look my reviews are typically positive. This was that bad. On another note my girlfriend got a massage at the same time (60 min) and said it was fair, at least it was symmetrical and all body parts were hit. And that's why I gave a description of this girl, she should go to school or do something else than massage. I feel better from venting, thanks for listening. Lol

***A Truly Exceptional Spa Experience in Greenville!…read more If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we walked in to the moment we left, every single detail of our visit was flawlessly handled. I had the pleasure of visiting this spa in Greenville, SC while my best friend was in town for her brother's wedding, and thanks to the incredibly kind and accommodating Reagan, we were both able to get massages at the same time -- even on short notice. She went above and beyond adjusting the schedule just to make it possible, and I truly appreciated the personalized care and attention. The spa itself is tucked peacefully beneath a building, which adds to the hidden gem feel of the whole experience. The moment you step inside, you're greeted by a serene, calming environment that immediately melts your stress away. The staff welcomed us warmly and made sure we were completely taken care of. We were shown to the lounge area, which was beautifully appointed and offered complimentary snacks and drinks -- a perfect way to begin our visit. The dressing rooms were private, clean, and thoughtfully designed with spacious lockers for your belongings, cozy robes, and soft slippers. It was clear they had thought of every detail to make guests feel relaxed and secure. The steam rooms and showers with frosted glass were an absolute dream -- luxurious, rejuvenating, and so refreshing. When it came time for our treatments, Lindsay and Banks provided us with massages that were nothing short of incredible. They were attentive, intuitive, and truly skilled -- I had been dealing with back pain and walked out feeling completely renewed. The rooms themselves were tranquil sanctuaries, filled with soft lighting, peaceful sounds, and a meditative ambiance that helped us fully unwind. We also had the pleasure of meeting Valerie, the aesthetician, whose talent and professionalism were immediately evident. Her care and expertise rounded out our visit in the best way possible. One of the highlights of the experience was the soaking CBD bath -- something I didn't even know I needed until I stepped into that warm, luxurious tub. It felt like a full-body reset and was the perfect finish to an already unforgettable day. From days before our visit when Reagan helped coordinate our appointments, to every moment we spent inside, the entire staff showed such kindness, teamwork, and a genuine desire to make our experience special. It's rare to find a business that values its clients so deeply, but this spa truly does. If you're looking for a high-end, peaceful, and truly caring spa experience in Greenville, I cannot recommend this location highly enough. They absolutely deserve every bit of praise and a glowing five-star rating -- and then some. 10/10 Highly Recommend!
