We will definitely be coming back, especially when we get another $75 credit next quarter!

I have shopped stores from coast to coast. The location is on main drag King Street in a historic building. Parking is free off street or nearby parking garage. The area outside has always been tidy. I have always shop with a kid, this one was my 17 year old daughter. She was immediately greeted and assisted. She found several items to try on and staff continued to assist. The styles and designs are for a younger demographic that is a slimmer weight. They have athletic and dressier items. The company roots are in athletic clothing. The products are approximately 90% women, 10% men. So I'm out on the skimmer category. But really any age can enjoy their clothing. They are pricey, make no mistake. A single legging for ladies runs in the $100 neighborhood. For men the same with pants. They do have a sales rack to check. It's often slim pickings. Service 100% 5 star. The staff is trained well and will bend over backwards to be helpful to customers. Also always super friendly and attentive. I have to admit they are trained to sell too! So you may be browsing and make a purchase. The store 100% 5 star clean and organized. The staff has very tight control over the the tidiness of the floor, changing area and checkout. Products and quality 100% 5 star. My daughter enjoyed the different selections. LuLulemon makes it a company policy to bring quality to what they make. They also stand begins with a unheard of return policy of no receipt required and limited warranty period. Who else does this? Well I can't name another clothing retailer. On this visit my daughter walked out empty handed, that's unusual. My scorecard is a perfect 5. Of course we will continue to shop this clothing chain.

There's a new guy at the checkout, and he's truly the rudest person in the world. He should get a crash course in how to treat customers politely and kindly. Yesterday, when I went to buy a few things, he didn't even respond to the "have a good day" messages my mom and I gave him when we paid for our purchases. Over the holidays, my mom visited a Vera outlet in Tennessee and loved it, so we were excited when this one opened. This outlet has every Vera Bradley product I can think of, as well as many items that I didn't know came in Vera Bradley patterns. I was surprised at how many different styles of luggage were offered, as well as other items like travel pill containers, beach towels, and phone cases. If you're not into the bright, colorful patterns, the store has lots of items in the microfiber solids as well. All of the patterns feature in the store are new designs, so if you're looking for retired patterns, you won't find them here. Since the store had 50% off everything and an additional 20% off most products, I bought a few items tonight. The staff members were nice and there's an email list that will notify you of sales coming up. I'll definitely be back- I want one of those beach towels for the summer months!

The entire team here was incredibly helpful - from the moment we walked in to the moment we checked out. Multiple people checked in on us while we were shopping: one woman went to the back to search for alternate sizes, while another grabbed multiple sizes from the floor for me while I was in the fitting room. Madewell is not cheap - because it's literally made well. Their clothes are investments, and they're built to last! Even still, they had some great sales going on. I found one of my favorite pairs of pants on clearance for $10! I am sorry to say that I didn't get anyone's names before we left - but I'm extremely grateful to this entire team for making sure we had a positive shopping experience, especially in such a high traffic area like King St.

The prices are on the higher end, but they always run sales so I suggest waiting for one if it's not something you need right away. So far I only have pants from there which I really like and I may try their t-shirts soon. They look like they have good weight and a good fit too.

I learned after my first visit that this company requires the associates to wear the in-stock clothes during each shift and at the end of the work day they just place them back on the rack. When I'm shopping at a boutique (or any retail store for that matter) and paying full price, I expect to be buying new unworn clothing. A bit gross and kind of deceptive.
