Black lies and hand-throwing by irrate agent Candy followed: 1) "Package was too small." No. I'd checked measurements online. 2) I'd checked at another location but was double-charged (4th/High): Oh yes! 3) Candy demanded I buy another box when the one I had was fine. No. 4) "The label will not fit," Candy declared again. She fit it on: an overt head-fck. Later, the nice normal agent at German Village performed a miracle: printed a sizable label, it fit too, and charged the correct price. Praise Allah! Oddly, at the German Village USPS, a woman in line heard me ask about the Innis office and she said she'd been rudely treated (at least her mail got out).

For those in the industry... I know you had no choice to come here, but here's what to expect…read more Dirt, dust, mud, potholes, bumps are standard. The biggest positive is the friendliness of the employees. They also invited in a food tent vendor with a variety of changing menu items. Nothing extravagant, just sandwiches, drinks and snacks. But it certainly helps if you've been here awhile. This facility collects and provides containers for sea shipping. A manufacture packs it, puts it on a cargo ship, puts it onto a railroad car, sits it on a wheeled chassis, drives it to a warehouse. That boys and girls is how we get our global gifts delivered to a retailer near you. When containers are emptied, they are brought back to a collection area like CPG. They will collect the containers for the shipping companies. Notice all the different colors? Each company has their own color or markings. Just like Best Buy blue is different from Walmart blue. Colors are sorted and filled by US manufacturers to be sent back the other direction. Then of course you have clients that rent out the chassis. That's the wheeled metal frame with driving lights that they set the containers onto. CPG also have these available for use and collection. Upon entering this property, you will get into one of multiple lines. This is like a rental car hub. Someone is checking you in. Closely screening the equipment for damage or defects. It has to be ready for the next user with out repair. They do have a maintenance area where some repairs are made. You're given a receipt, and told to go to the very back paved area. In that line you will wait for this behemoth monster tractor to lift this big box up off your chassis. It's a bit daunting to see that 40' steel container swinging above you, while you hit the gas to get clear. Now go drop your chassis in the appropriate spot. Back through the cloud of dust and potholes to the exit. Beware going out, because bobtails are coming in that same drive to pick up equipment. They in turn will have to get in a different line to have their equipment inspected on the way out.
