I called to reserve and he welcomed me to the first class by text. I've been really happy with the workouts, even though I have never been a morning workout person. The programs are varied and efficient. Matthew does not have a 'drill sargeant' style, so my preconceptions of 'boot camps' are not a problem. It is go your own pace, if you're feeling it or not on any given day, if you can just make it to class, there's a workout for you. 530am class is generally busiest. 630, 730, and 830 classes currently have room for more students. Matthew is easy to talk to, so just let him know any concerns or goals. Or just workout. He offers a generous Free week trial, so no reason not to try.

Day 1 - I faced no concerns and they also confirmed that I have another free pass that I can use. When I come the next day, they refuse to honor the second day free pass. They did not even bother to see my free pass email that was unused. They showed no commitment about the confirmation their own staff gave me that I have another free pass. The manager was not present and did not pick up the call. They are just making fool of people with false information. Waste of time. Beware of joining them. The only reason I was planning to join this gym was because of proximity to my home. I would rather go to other gyms who are much more friendly.

Check the app." I explained that I was only inquiring about the schedule on behalf of someone overseas and was not requesting any personal information--just a confirmation of the overall schedule. Despite this, she repeatedly insisted that I tell them to check the app or call directly from overseas, which was not practical given the time difference. She then told me not to call at all and to only message via SNS. If phone inquiries are not welcomed, it would be more appropriate to remove the phone number rather than directing callers elsewhere without assistance. Good customer service should focus on helping, not just gatekeeping information.
