We recently chose Aspect Roofing to handle our complete roof replacement following last years major…read morehail season. They are a small, family owned company based out of McKinney, Texas and were referred to us by a friend. This roof replacement was their second major home overhaul we've used them on, they previously replaced our fence. Overall we are very happy with the service they provided and would recommend them to others. One area where they really stood out to us was Customer Service. Our Project Manager was Chad Smith and he was fantastic to work with. This was our first time going through a roof claim/replacement and we were thankful to have worked with Chad. From start to finish Chad made sure to always be available. We'd wake up to his white truck outside the door every morning before the crew showed up. This was so critical because you'll have questions and want someone walking you through every step of the process. Beyond that he operates like that friendly neighbor that is always willing to help. He was very much a part of the team doing the work. Whether it was using the rolling magnet to pick up scrap metal or coming in to touch up paint on the sidings after the crew had already left. The only nit pick would be their backend accounting. They may want to consider using a third party billing system at some point, just to streamline and organize things a bit more. However, it's really hard to complain because they were super flexible with our fence payments and we wouldn't trade their good natured accounting for anything else.

Robert Baldwin of KPost, however, advised me to escalate my claim by invoking an appraisal process in my policy that required a re-inspection with an independent adjuster. Long story short, USAA changed its decision and agreed to pay out for a new roof, saving me $15k. USAA was very non-responsive and difficult but Robert kept pressing over six months until we got them to act. Then when it was time to replace the roof, his team did an excellent and professional job under a tight timeline. Robert and KPost will definitely get my business in the future. I highly recommend them.

At that point they went radio silent. No one has bothered to reach out and my chances of getting a solar credit for 2025 has gone. If they could not do the project, why go this far down the path? I could have had an opportunity to find someone else but that's a nonstarter. Very disappointed. Not very professional, poor communication.

Beware!!!!! Read this prior to hiring this company to do your roofing job!!…read more We hired this company because they claimed to be a commercial roofing company. They claimed to have experience in roofing residential rooftop patios. They claimed to have experience with the product we were wanting applied to our rooftop. And we hired them because they were a local company here in our neighborhood. Let me warn you... they may be local but they are NOT professional. They have little to NO experience in professional roof applications. We went with a product called Duratec. They applied it totally incorrectly. They left bubbles in the mat and cut round patches on a wood grain floor. This job is so poorly done that when we call the company that makes this product to come look at ours, they were in disbelief that any knowledgeable roofer could have done this work. To make it worst. They left the job unfinished .This is without a doubt a scam. Though they look legit beware! They are not. They scammed us for 10,000. I've included picture of the disaster they have left

My husband and I called Charlie at Royal Roofing immediately. We have used Royal Roofing before when we lived in Plano, Tx. Royal roofing made this extremely stressful time in lives easier. My neighbors are asking how did we get our work done so fast? I told them that we chose a replicable company. No money upfront until the job is complete. I would like to mention that they also know how to do the paperwork correctly for the insurance company. Mike and Charlie thank you very much for lighting the load on us. I hope we don't have to call you back any time soon, but if we do, you will be the roofers we call. Jerry & Vicki Dooling Frisco, Tx Thank you again P.S. this was our 3rd roof from Plano to Frisco

Charlie Kegans with Royal Roofing quoted us the best price of the five roofers who submitted bids. We are thrilled with their work. The day after the installation we had a good hour-long thunderstorm and downpour which made for a good stress test of their work, and the results were everything we could hope for. If we ever need another roof replacement, we will only make one phone call, and it will be to Charlie Kegans at Royal Roofing.
