I went back and spoke with David super great, super cool guy and he took care of it right away. No hassle, no stress, just great customer service. He even threw in an additional flavor for free, which was an awesome surprise. The place is very clean, with a huge selection of products. I understand that things happen, but what really matters is how it's handled and David handled it perfectly. This is exactly what great customer service looks like. Highly recommend Bliss Glass Gallery, and I'll definitely be coming back. Thanks, David!

The device wouldn't turn on at all, even when connected to a charger. I returned to the store almost immediately with the packaging expecting a simple replacement, but the owner was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of resolving the issue, he tried to shift blame and gaslight the situation, even though the device clearly never worked. Any reputable shop knows that sometimes products arrive defective, and replacing it for a customer who just purchased it is basic customer service. Even just the right thing to do as a human being. Instead, I was refused help and the guy wouldn't even provide his name when asked. Such a disappointing experience. I paid for a product that never worked and was treated poorly when I tried to resolve it and there never was a solution. I'd never come back or spend my money here again.
