Service was fine. Waiter was always on time. Water and coffee refills were on time. I would say 4.5/5 on service. Nothing wrong there. The manager was attentive, and looked like he was dedicated to making this Diner work. He's the only reason I'm giving this place a 4/5 and not a 3/5. I'm sure he'll be reading this review, and I'm sure he will work to make the food better. The actual restaurant itself is small. It feels a little cramped. Not as bad as the worst I've seen, but it does feel tight. I won't deduct any points for this because they're working with what they got. If they make the food better, they can go even tighter, and I won't complain. All in all, I think these guys are stretching themselves too thin. They wanna do the standard NY style Diner, but I think they'd be better off finding a niche. It's a small space. It doesn't need a menu that big. We need less variety and more quality in this area.
