When I saw the prices the dealer wanted for repairs, I decided to go with an independent mechanic instead. The car wasn't driveable, so I needed to arrange a tow. I contacted JNH and several other towing places on Yelp. Victor replied very quickly, and his price was the lowest. We arranged for towing the next day, and he arrived with a flatbed tow truck at the arranged time. He got my car to where it needed to be, on time and at a competitive price. Can't ask for more. I'm hoping I won't need a tow again any time soon, but if I do, I'll go with Victor and JNH.

Getting pretty worried about how all the surrounding shops were closed, ChatGPT led me to Dad of the Roads since they were the only 24 hr service near me. They picked up quickly and after explaining the issue, they gave me a fair price and came directly to where I was stranded in less than 15 min. He gave me the same quoted price over the phone and in less than 10 min had me on my way. Would definitely recommend!

It was no longer drivable. Although I kept my car pristine, it was an older vehicle that I figured would be totaled by the insurance company. Since the accident occurred at a major intersection, police were onsite. They called Stronghold Towing and the driver, David, arrived about 20 minutes after their call. David picked up my vehicle and towed it to his lot. He gave me his information to make arrangements to pick up my belongings. When I spoke to him the next day, David said that he could tell that I took care of my car. He also said that he was quite sure it would be totaled. Since I never had my car totaled before, he shared with me the process. This was helpful because I kept playing phone tag with the other driver's insurance company. In summary, not only did Stronghold Towing tow my vehicle safely, they also provided valuable information to help me with my experience. Stronghold Towing is professional, reliable, and helpful. I highly recommend.

The owner at Stay Strapped has been a godsend twice now. This is the second time I've needed my car…read moretowed at the most inopportune times, and he's come through for me. Oh, and he wasn't even the cheapest quote I've gotten both times, either, but he's been the most reliable and straightforward. I've had situations where the tow company was either very rude (for no apparent reason; just for trying to get a quote), straight up dishonest, or no-show after I agreed to everything. I called (6) tow companies closest to me before I remembered that I used Stay Strapped Towing before. All (6) of them I called and spoke to gave me what looked like a "better" quote on paper, but ultimately, most of them weren't of any help. Two of them didn't have anyone available. Another one didn't want to make the trip at all because it was a holiday. Another one wouldn't even give me a total straight up price (he told me it's $5/mile and asked me to do the calculation by myself). Another one didn't show up and wouldn't take my calls after I had already agreed to everything and even offered to pay before they showed up. Anyway, it was a total nightmare. But as soon as I called Stay Strapped Towing, he immediately gave me the run down. Even though I called him at a time when he could have been spending time with his family, he still took the time to take my call, give me a quote, and gave me his word that he was going to show. I couldn't ask for anything more than that. Especially in this day and age where everyone is trying to get over on each other (including other business owners), I really appreciate Stay Strapped Towing. It's not always about the cheapest price. Assurance, peace of mind, and professionalism are way more important, especially when you are dealing with your vehicle or primary mode of transportation. Just want to say thank you again to Stay Strapped Towing for coming through for me, and also share my experience with others so people can see the difference between a business that cares about customers and those that just want to screw customers or waste their time.
