After not hearing from one of the three shops, I settled on Top Gun because their estimate was significantly below the other one. I worked with Pablo, who is extremely friendly and easy to work with. I am extremely pleased with the repair, especially the perfect color matching - the paint on the new fender is indistinguishable from the old. I am also very happy with the ease of communication, and their frequent updates on the progress of the work. I highly recommend Top Gun (Rockville) for their excellent work, price and customer service.

Perfect Auto Repair & Tires (Calverton,MD)…read more 1 star because I have to give a star but if I had the choice to leave no stars and just a warning. I went there to get two used tires. I was told they were going to put the new tires that I bought from them as my *front 2 tires* When I got home (I live 8 mins away from that place) my dashboard was alerting me that my tire pressure was dropping. I realize my *front passenger tire* air was deflating, it had a nail in it so I went back to address the problem. I was told they didn't have another tire to give me but could give me a discount of $15 and patch the front passenger tire (the tire I bought from them) I then stated I did not pay to get a patched tire (for that I could of had them patch my own tires versus replacing them) which would have cost me $25 to patch. I bought each tire for $75 each!! They said they could put my old tire back on since they did not have one to replace it. I told them to give me a second to figure out what I was going to decide (2 mins later) they magically found a tire to replace the one they had sold me. I leave once again and 20 mins later my *passenger front tire* was airing out slowly, I took it somewhere else and to my surprise it had a nail in it too!!! Coincidence I think not! Clearly we all know what happened. Be careful ladies!!!

For the past 2 years, Nealey Tire has and continues to be one of my best car repair experiences. Professional and courteous, their young, talented and motivated staff get the job done. And unlike some nearby dealerships they don't press me for "repairs" that are just not necessary. Prices are fair and promised times for repair completion is usually met. My latest repair, a leaky value stem on my 1967 Chevy Camaro. Lead mechanic Javier got it done and also pointing out some rust on the tire rim which may cause future problems. Who says customer service is a lost art in America? I've experienced a real downturn with follow through and customer service in so many locations since the pandemic began - the experience here reminded me of what great service really is. Kim called me every single day during the claims process to provide me updates. She knew what she was talking about - and even gave me a tip on how to lower my deductible. She was right - her tip cut my deductible by 50%. How awesome is that? Her brother gave a great explanation on the work to be done and how to address damage cause by a hit and run. This brother and sister team is fantastic. Just got the car back today and felt like I had to write something, though I rarely do, because the experience was so outstanding and my car looks and drives like new. When I showed up for the appointment, they told me they don't do estimates at all -- only straight repairs. No one mentioned this when I booked, so I wasted time setting aside for an appointment that shouldn't have been scheduled in the first place. What made it worse is that the shop was clearly not busy -- the garage and lot only had about 5 cars total and no other clients in sight, so there was no real excuse for turning me away. On top of that, the front desk clerk was rude and unwelcoming when I brought it up. Very disappointing experience and poor customer service. Would not recommend if you're looking to get a quote before committing to repairs.
