I pay for my parking spot at my apartment complex and my car was stolen by this company. Updated: Wife, whom is disabled, was using her card due to my wallet being in the car that was stolen by this company. I typically sign for her since her disability directly affects her hands. Lady at the trailer, yells at us that is a felony and cannot accept payment. Wife had said nothing this entire time to deserve being yelled at. Unprofessional and unacceptable.
