He took a look at the tire, determined it could be repaired, and had someone begin the repair right away. $20 and 30 minutes later my tire had been removed and patched, and I was on my way! Driving a vehicle with a loose battery is an immediate electrical and fire hazard. The person at the counter was just combative and denied it occured there! Stating "that's not our battery" - UM but it was YOUR tech who removed a piece and didn't replace it! Very female-like he kept repeating "have a good day ma'am" as to shut me up because I'm furious at his demeanor and disregard! While in the parking lot I sent a message online since customer service wasn't open yet. This is a severe and careless safety oversight. Check your vehicle thoroughly before driving off their lot. They made the noise go away the day I returned. But, on 7.7.2026 same noises - but louder - trying to put the car in reverse did NOT SOUND GOOD. So I chose to err on the side of caution and not drive the car. Never on any of the other THREE VISITS at this location did they choose to share with me the ENGINE WAS LEAKING OIL. That could have been the death of everything good. I believe they should be MORE CAREFUL in how they handle VISIBLE ISSUES - that is called CARING for your CUSTOMERS. They wanted full control of speaking with the PERSONS (licensed mechanic) who would fix my car, but EXPECTED me to lay out & pay for everything. Something wrong with that picture when you are on a very limited fixed income and hoping your extended warranty will cover whatever FAULTY & DEFECTIVE items you need.
