Do not go here if you want the inside of your car to actually be clean. There was still grime after getting it detailed and for what I paid it should have been spotless. read more

I went and had my car wash in Malden . Young man was so polite explaining things to me. When I left I realized my senior pass for parking in Everett was gone. I called there and same young man answered the phone.( so sorry I didn't get his name). He said he would look for it and call me back. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he found it. I went back and got it . Between him and their supervisor I can't thank them enough. Apologized profusely. Definitely will keep going there. Thank you guys for all your help. read more

I was a customer for two years, I canceled because in the last two months the quality of service dropped a lot. Many new employees who are not working well. The old team, along with the old manager, did a much better job. This unit should take as an example the organization of the Everett/Chelsea unit. Some employees deserve a positive highlight, especially Patrick in sales, very attentive and helpful in all areas, the cleaning girls Laura and Nathalia, among others from the old team whose names I don't know. read more

This car wash did a sloppy job and or didn't do the job at all. The team didn't even lift my floor mat to vacuum it well and my trunk didn't get vacuumed at all. They wanted me to return so they can give me a refund using my credit card. I don't understand why many merchants are able to refund a customer without the customer having to return to the facility. I believe the car wash just wanted to give me a hard time. read more

Wasted money. I got the $35 and so many place was missed. The only thing i satisfied was the mats otherwise everything was so lousy. Okay i got it $35 is not a lot of money and i dont expect it going be deep clean. But it not worth it. Windshield, windows was so lousy. If you have to wash go for the $16 exterior atleast you know your underbody will get wash. read more

So this is long and coming I went for the first time 12/16 I had gift cards in travel size Qtip containers and bottle can returns I went to gave my car cleaned and didn't realize I was going to get cleaned out. Shame on my naitivity. I had over 500.00 gift cards stolen and 60.00 dollars worth of can returns. When I noticed I contacted them the manager was an a@@ very arrogant and put words into my mouth I filed a police report and am still waiting I will be calling ICE and reporting them. Shame on your company you are a disgrace to your community please do not go there. Btw to the manager your customer service skills suck!!!!!! You don't even deserve a star !!!! read more

Payed for. A 40$ wash and all the bugs were still on and all the dirt and the interior was still dirty and then had a attitude when they had to redo it and still was dirty read more

Today I went to wash my car at this place and the manager started trying to subscribe me to his monthly plan and when I refused because my car is from New York, he got angry and started saying that my car is rented, he stopped the operation. from the carwash for an hour. I had never met a manger so rude and stupid. This happened today 12/22/2023 at 10:30AM read more

These guys are great! I brought my extremely dirty car in to be washed (4 months the since last wash) and the service attendants weren't satisfied with the wash, so they sent it back through again and made sure all the leaves stuck under the windshield wipers were cleaned out. Excellent service! My car is sparkling! Highly recommend! read more

Flexible, professional and great communications! They do tailored the best time and solution based on your situation. It's funny looking at those comments who complained about their "unprofessionally works". They paid less than $40-$70 for their interior and exterior, but had high expectations for their car being done in $300 quality, which's impossible, if you want your car done nicely and look like new, you definitely gotta spend more than $150 or up, the highest here is about less than $300, still better than Dealers, your car will look like when you just bought. read more

I just paid for the $149 package. They didn't even vacuum the car nicely. Wasted 2 hours of my life and money. Seriously take your money elsewhere. It looks like they rushed even though I literally watched the guy wipe down everything a million times I wonder what he was wiping my car was already clean. Really just needed the carpet and Mat cleaned. Whatever cleaning stuff they use suck it leaves residue and sticky. Least they can do is change the towel after the last car. read more

I got my car washed yesterday, 7/22. It was my first time there. I paid $35. My car went through the wash and came out with the same dirty on the front grill of my SUV. There were spots throughout that it missed. Even the attendees, who are supposed to wipe your car to dry it off, didn't notice the stains. I had to walk over and point it out to them. Then, when I complained and asked for a manager, I was told I can go through the wash to get a FREE wash. How is it free when the first time my car came out with the same dirt and residues? Frankly, I was treated as if I was not a paid customer, as if they were doing me a favor. To make matters worse, they weren't even extremely busy. There were at least 5 attendees wiping down another guy's massive truck. I assumed he must be a regular customer. My SUV got a quick wipe down so the other attendees can attend his truck. At one point, I had to grab a cloth and spray bottle to clean off my own vehicle cause I was not being heard and being ignored. Prior to, I was contemplating getting my SUV detailed there. However, after the wash I got yesterday, I'm not going to invest more money to get a crappy job. My first and last visit. I'll go to the car wash in Chelsea on Revere Parkway. Better service and the people are nicer. read more

They did a great job! My car was pretty dirty and I wanted a deep clean since I was returning it to the dealership since my lease ended. I paid for one of the $65 packages and it took about 40 minutes but I live nearby so I just walked home to wait. I'm amazed by how spotless the car was when they finished! After reading the bad reviews, I was nervous, but always wanted to try this place since I live nearby. Maybe it's because I paid for the more expensive clean that they did a better job on my car, but either way, the service was fabulous and everyone working there is very kind!! read more

Female with a very large head and glasses was extremely ignorant and rude. Yelling at a person trying to back up looks bad for business and to top it off my detail was terrible. Tons of streaks read more

So I went to the Malden car wash today and it look like they didn't clean it $35. It still looks dirty. Areas that I will have to clean. Might go back tomorrow and have them do it again. I don't think their vacuums work lol. Dirt at bottom of door side of door and dog hairs still there. I could do better. $35.00 is a lot of money. Will have to look for my receipt. read more

I saw a survey on the web site to win a free bumper to bumper wash. I have been going here for years and sure, I would like a free wash. I filled out the survey and said that on my last visit my car did not look that great when done. David both called me and sent an email and offered me a return trip to re-wash my car. This time a great job was done. Excellent customer service! Thank you David!! I will always bring my car here read more

I hope the manager read this , how stupid I was after reading the reviews. Still gave you a try, I lost 35,99 in anger , I have to clean my car now again by myself. I didn't give the tip that I have never did , I car dirty, how can you do that ? read more
