I went and had my car wash in Malden . Young man was so polite explaining things to me. When I left I realized my senior pass for parking in Everett was gone. I called there and same young man answered the phone.( so sorry I didn't get his name). He said he would look for it and call me back. He called me back within 10 minutes and said he found it. This car wash did a sloppy job and or didn't do the job at all. The team didn't even lift my floor mat to vacuum it well and my trunk didn't get vacuumed at all. They wanted me to return so they can give me a refund using my credit card. I don't understand why many merchants are able to refund a customer without the customer having to return to the facility. I was a customer for two years, I canceled because in the last two months the quality of service dropped a lot. Many new employees who are not working well. The old team, along with the old manager, did a much better job. This unit should take as an example the organization of the Everett/Chelsea unit. Some employees deserve a positive highlight, especially Patrick in sales, very attentive and helpful in all areas, the cleaning girls Laura and Nathalia, among others from the old team whose names I don't know. read more

So this is long and coming I went for the first time 12/16 I had gift cards in travel size Qtip containers and bottle can returns I went to gave my car cleaned and didn't realize I was going to get cleaned out. Shame on my naitivity. I had over 500.00 gift cards stolen and 60.00 dollars worth of can returns. When I noticed I contacted them the manager was an a@@ very arrogant and put words into my mouth I filed a police report and am still waiting I will be calling ICE and reporting them. Wasted money. I got the $35 and so many place was missed. The only thing i satisfied was the mats otherwise everything was so lousy. Okay i got it $35 is not a lot of money and i dont expect it going be deep clean. But it not worth it. Windshield, windows was so lousy. These guys are great! I brought my extremely dirty car in to be washed (4 months the since last wash) and the service attendants weren't satisfied with the wash, so they sent it back through again and made sure all the leaves stuck under the windshield wipers were cleaned out. I just paid for the $149 package. They didn't even vacuum the car nicely. Wasted 2 hours of my life and money. Seriously take your money elsewhere. It looks like they rushed even though I literally watched the guy wipe down everything a million times I wonder what he was wiping my car was already clean. Really just needed the carpet and Mat cleaned. Whatever cleaning stuff they use suck it leaves residue and sticky. Least they can do is change the towel after the last car. read more

They paid less than $40-$70 for their interior and exterior, but had high expectations for their car being done in $300 quality, which's impossible, if you want your car done nicely and look like new, you definitely gotta spend more than $150 or up, the highest here is about less than $300, still better than Dealers, your car will look like when you just bought. read more

I got my car washed yesterday, 7/22. It was my first time there. I paid $35. My car went through the wash and came out with the same dirty on the front grill of my SUV. There were spots throughout that it missed. Even the attendees, who are supposed to wipe your car to dry it off, didn't notice the stains. I had to walk over and point it out to them. Then, when I complained and asked for a manager, I was told I can go through the wash to get a FREE wash. How is it free when the first time my car came out with the same dirt and residues? Frankly, I was treated as if I was not a paid customer, as if they were doing me a favor. To make matters worse, they weren't even extremely busy. There were at least 5 attendees wiping down another guy's massive truck. I assumed he must be a regular customer. My SUV got a quick wipe down so the other attendees can attend his truck. At one point, I had to grab a cloth and spray bottle to clean off my own vehicle cause I was not being heard and being ignored. Prior to, I was contemplating getting my SUV detailed there. However, after the wash I got yesterday, I'm not going to invest more money to get a crappy job. My first and last visit. I'll go to the car wash in Chelsea on Revere Parkway. They did a great job! My car was pretty dirty and I wanted a deep clean since I was returning it to the dealership since my lease ended. I paid for one of the $65 packages and it took about 40 minutes but I live nearby so I just walked home to wait. I'm amazed by how spotless the car was when they finished! After reading the bad reviews, I was nervous, but always wanted to try this place since I live nearby. Maybe it's because I paid for the more expensive clean that they did a better job on my car, but either way, the service was fabulous and everyone working there is very kind!! read more

So I went to the Malden car wash today and it look like they didn't clean it $35. It still looks dirty. Areas that I will have to clean. Might go back tomorrow and have them do it again.
