I've been thru 3-4 different cleaning companies since I began my Airbnb venture and these guys are by far the most reliable, consistent, thorough and easy to work with. They do what they say. They are keeping my home spotless. I have not had any complaints from any guests! I have a deck and a pool, they keep me informed if the pool level is off (pool tech will rarely do this!) make sure the pool and porch lights are off, take care of iguana droppings by the pool (which 95% of cleaners don't want to deal with!) Etc etc. Not only do they keep my house clean and fresh, they also help keep my property safe after a guest checks out. Oh and they care about my trash on trash days! They are worth every penny because they are AWESOME !!! Highly recommend!!!

One of the women got sick and had to leave, which I told her was fine, please go take care of yourself - however, (I learned later) that she never told her bosses, so a replacement was not sent and she left the other girl (who appeared to be brand new on the job) to finish the remaining 75% of the house on her own. She did a shockingly terrible job. She said she was finished with the cleaning after about another hour. I started checking everything and immediately noticed they hadn't even touched the second bathroom upstairs, or the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen and appliances were still really dirty. The baseboards - which were advertised as specifically a part of a deep clean - had not been touched, and a whole host of other things were dirty. To their credit, when I sent pictures over, the manager agreed that the cleaning job was not good, especially for a deep clean, and offered to send someone else out the next day. I ended up declining the offer, because I didn't trust that they would do a quality job, and it was not cheap. The kicker at this point though, is that the cleaner left a trail of some substance throughout my front foyer. It's clear that she was carrying something out and it dripped all the way from the kitchen, out of the front door. There is now some substance - maybe wax - that has left shiny marks all over my floors, which were just installed last year. After trying to remove the substance and clean it several ways, we finally figured out that it could be scraped off. It is going to take hours to do, as it is EVERYWHERE. They literally left my house dirtier than it was when they arrived. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

**This is NOT a Vacation Rental Home cleaning service**…read more We were promised detailed service at our vacation rental upon interviewing this company's owner and according to what is promoted on the company website. By our third cleaning (the first two cleanings were a man-woman couple who did awesome) we were told that due to this company sending 3 different people to "get it right" and it still wasn't, even over the course of and after 13-man hours spent -- despite the detailed written instructions, staging photos and pictures and questions texted -- that this company did not have the ability to sustain the attention and service required for a vacation rental. We were blamed that we our expectations for this third cleaning -- which was actually not nearly as demanding as the second where the cleaning couple nailed it -- were too high and beyond the scope and skills of this "professional cleaning" company's cleaner that was assigned to our property on this third occasion (and took 7 hours, without success). A second cleaner was sent the next day to correct/finish what the previous day's cleaner left undone/done sloppily and it still was not corrected. The company owner arrived later in the evening and spent 3 more hours -- even agreed that the other two did not do a satisfactory and even sloppy and illogical job, expressed that the first cleaner would not get paid (isn't that illegal?) and it still was not done logically or well according to well-labeled linens, storage bags, and detailed photos of all linen counts in each room. There is not an excess of linens in this rental: two sets per bed - one on bed, one in bag except where there is a pull-out couch where there are 2 identical sets of linens for each room, 4 sets of bath linens in 2 separate bathrooms, 4 bed pillows per room, and only 2 sizes of "beds" -- not terribly difficult. All of that and there was still quilts put on the wrong bed and the wrong direction, sheets not tucked in anywhere, extra bed linens literally stuffed into the change-over storage bag, a table runner placed on the floor for a rug, less than 4 full sets of bath linens in each bathroom (there are only 2), and several other items out of place or even taken out of our storage locker when it was completely unnecessary. We had to hire another person who spent 4 hours above and beyond the 13-man hours to finish cleaning areas that were still left undone: oven debris, marks on top of the stove and countertop, dirty silverware and cutlery, putting matching shams with the correct quilt set that were left in the laundry room, straightening the patio furniture which was never touched by 3 other people, and rearranging the storage lockers that were left in disarray from 2 employees and the owner just to name a short list. In total we lost out on 3 days of potential bookings because the home was just not reset properly in a timely manner by the first cleaner that took 7 hours. We knew there was laundry to do and were perfectly willing to pay for the extra time to get it done. However, the first cleaner showed up late, then left before it was done to tend to personal affairs, came back and still left things sloppily "done." It would be much better and easier if the vacation rental property owner had direct access to talking to -- either verbally or by video call, rather than all photos and questions going through the company owner as the middle-man and relaying *everything*. When we asked for access to talk to the cleaner, whom we were told spoke English, we were told not to worry as she "knew what she was doing." Clearly that was not correct. I am not sure if she did not understand the clearly written instructions or if she just did not try. The second person sent, we were given access to briefly until the owner called and said the cleaner could not video call to ask questions because she didn't have an iPhone. There are other ways to video call. In the end the company owner said she would video call when on site but then resorted to mostly texting pictures and asking questions and getting impatient when we did not respond immediately by asking: "are you there??" Later she video called and things got done a bit more quickly even though still not completely...which led to us hiring someone else the following day to go through all aspects of the home to verify it was done or to correct.

After getting solicited for over 22 different cleaning companies, I finally found the ease and comfortability I'd been looking for in Max Pro Shine Cleaning. Andres, the owner, actually reached out to me on yelp after I completed a survey looking for service one Sunday afternoon. I was frustrated with all the dust in the master bedroom and had finally had enough. He was beyond pleasant, knowledgeable, and very personable in our first interaction and that made me feel at ease about telling him what household needs and concerns I had. Not to mention that his pricing was very competitive with others who provided me with quotes, and he offered a great amount of flexibility on what areas of our house needed more attention than others. Already a long post, but I was far beyond impressed with Andres and Maris' work in our home!! They cleaned it to the T- it's easily the cleanest our home has probably ever been!! They confirmed our appt time the night before, let me know ahead of time they were on the way and arrived on time, and they each did wonders to our house in a short amount of time! We will be using them on a monthly basis, and are truly excited to have found trustworthy people to help us keep our home clean. She finished in an hour and a half (a 2300 sq ft apartment) so the washing machine had another 40 minutes to run with sheets and towels. I ended up making the bed and doing the laundry myslef. (Yet I paid $30 extra for this service.) They claim that they are familiar with my building because they have other customers here and all units have the same appliances. Yet I had to fix the setting she messed up on the washing machine and run the drier for her (both are super basic Bosch), because she didn't know how to use it. When I called the company, the guy named John (the owner) told me that they sent a third party service, because their regular person (must be one and only) was not available (even though I booked an appointment on their website.) They never mentioned that when I booked, of course! So you are basically paying them to send someone working for another company, and obviously they won't guarantee any quality. You may or may not get their regular person and it's not guaranteed that the regular person is any better. You are better of asking friends for recommendations or googling individuals- because they care for the quality of their work since the income goes to them directly. P.S Oh, and the refund they mentioned - NEVER GOT IT. All I have is two charges for the same amount and one refund. (Obviously a refund for the second charge that they made by (another) mistake)
