During the KTEN outage in Sherman on DISH, we opted to get an on the air antenna. We were quoted a…read moreprice from Cavender but after they left, we still couldn't get KTEN. We called them back and they tried a couple of different antennas finally getting some reception. We were told by the owner that if we wanted it better, we'd have to give them more money and if we didn't like their service they'd come pull down their equipment. He said that antenna installation wasn't their main business and they were only doing this for their DISH customers which we weren't. We still have so-so reception from KTEN because their installers aimed the antenna into a neighboring tree. I will have to fix this myself just like I should have installed my own antenna. Don't deal with these rip-off artists.
