The kids inside were blatantly annoyed they couldn't go home, and the manager didn't make sure we ignored that. Instead, he told my friend to come back another day because everyone is ready to leave. She tried telling him she came make it at another time and he ignored her, going on about how he and his workers should be allowed to go home. Forgot to say that we have been in contact with customer support twice in the last week and no help yet. It has been escalated to tier 2 and still not fixed!!!!
