So, they don't service Generac's, but their website says they do. And they don't call it quits, and yet they have after 3 service trips and its still not working. Hmmmm... I'm confused. Update: Just informed by Generac that Current Electric is a dealer only, they're not a certified servicer. CE SHOULD HAVE INFORMED US OF THAT BEFORE WE PAID THEM TO SERVICE IT!!! AND THEY FAILED TO DO SO!!! They should give us the money back we paid them to "not" service it. They should also update their website. I asked them to come back out to give another look. They agreed and we scheduled a time for them to come back. They no call no showed me the day of the appointment.
