He took his backhoe and dug very deep H-U-G-E holes behind the building.....then left shortly thereafter. He never returned. * Jan 17, 2019 (7 months, 1 week later) Mr. "B" was called BACK to the apartment to fill in the H-U-G-E holes he had dug up and left open. It was a hazard for small animals, people and created a heavy amount of gnats and other flying pests as the holes would fill up after it would rain and sit there, stagnant. Sadly though, he simply pushed most of the stinky dirt into the hole and left the rest climbing up the back wall, at least 3 ft high; literally underneath the window ledge. * April 11, 2019 Mr "B" was called back for a THIRD TIME to level out the mound of dirt that he pushed up against the building 3 months prior. This man is also a Fireman for the City of Ada and Rescue Plumbing is his personal business on the side. I certainly hope that his firefighting skills are a bit more trustworthy then the plumbing services he halfway provides.

It needed to have all the roofing facia, soffit and trim moldings around all the door and windows replaced. The roof needed to be replaced also. The header for the garage door was severely bowed. The house had been added on to twice, additional living space and a larger than normal two car garage. There was no vapor barrier on the garage with Masonite siding that was falling apart. Add on included a sliding glass door to the patio and two new front storm doors. I have gotten a lot of comments about how good the place looks. I have had people ask me if I fixed it up to sell. NO. not for sale. All the work was completed in a space of two weeks time. If you need work done call John.
