Just a quick rinse that resulted in outstanding customer service. It was new location to me as I turned in, I was greeted and politely pointed in the right direction. I continued to the pay kiosk payed and then to the drive through entry. There were 2 gents that brushed the car of excess debris, then as it began to be pulled forward on the belt one of them yells have a nice day. However the other guy clearly sprayed or brushed my vehicle, until he couldn't go anything further. I thought he was coming through with me. I loved the dedication to get the job done. I just want to say thank you, especially as a first time guest and I definitely felt appreciated. Until the next time, Bye- Bye! read more

If we could give zero stars to this location we would. My mom's bumper came off after passing through the wash. When we went to the owner he was combative and dismissive, essentially asking that we "prove" how it happened at his facility just minutes prior. It was attached on our way in, but dragging under the car on our way out. He refused to acknowledge any responsibility and was very disrespectful and aggressive. We will never return, and would not recommend anyone else who values their property, professionalism or basic human decency to go there either. They need a sign up front that says "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK." read more

For $17, I honestly expected much better quality and service. I even asked beforehand to make sure the car was scrubbed well, yet after going through the wash my car was still dirty. I brought it to their attention afterward, and unfortunately nothing was done to correct it. At that price point, I also feel like there should be more included or offered with the service overall, because there really wasn't much provided to justify the cost. Definitely disappointed with the experience. read more

For a $7 wash, we were very satisfied! There are obviously higher levels of car washes but we basically needed to get all the pollen off my husband's vehicle. We came when there wasn't a line. So we were in and out in no time. My husband commented that the hand drying is a nice touch. read more

I went here on Thursday 10/16 and the owner Patel was working. I had a great experience. I had a very dirty car because of parking under the trees. I paid for the basic wash knowing it would still be a little dirty afterwards because of the tree residue. I was wrong! My car looks brand new. The owner was so sweet! read more

A fast and easy car wash to run your vehicle through. Free vaccuums and employees dry your vehicle as it comes out the car wash.

went to this location today and one of the workers damaged my truck while scrubbing when I spoke to the manager I was told that he had no way of knowing if the truck was damaged before I pulled in then proceeded to give me the middle finger and tell me to suck a fat dick I will definitely e taking this situation as far as I can take it read more

Not impressed. Car still has dirt on it after $13 wash. Guys did a very poor job of hand drying. Wash included wheels and tires but it doesn't look as if they were touched. Going home to rewash my entire vehicle. read more

Place is great they actually wipe your car on the way out of the car wash the vacuums all work, service is good there are plenty of employees present to help with any issues or questions. Remember the saying that everything that sparkles isn't gold?! I would make the same analogy for this car wash. Just because a place says car wash doesn't mean it washes the car. I drove out of my way to come her and get a quick $6 wash. The Yelp app stated they would close in close to an hour, but once I had pulled up and paid, I had the unfortunate luck of not being released to get to the car wash entrance. The kiosk kept saying to wait because someone else was in the wash. After awhile of sitting, the attendant came over and asked did I need help. I told him the issue and he went to get his manager. Luckily, I pulled the receipt to show that I paid for my wash because that was the next question that came out as I waited to go through. They had to manually lift the bar to let me get to the car wash. A little rough going through. Vehicle shook alot going through. They did wipe my vehicle off to dry when I came through, but that defeats the purpose of car wash when the towels are soaked, which the next day was evident since I had streaks on the vehicle. It was a waste of my time and money. Instead of a sparkling car wash, my car looked like I spat on it to clean it. This place is a hard pass for me in the future. read more

Went here as a last resort because I didn't have time. The workers who dry the car refused to dry the car unless I paid them extra, which they didn't even dry the car, they just wiped the rear view mirrors after receiving the extra payment. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

Three weeks ago the guy drying my car was begging for my number and this week the man calling himself the manager (Juan) refused to refund me when the machine gave me the wrong change. He said he filled the machine and he does not make mistakes. He also said the owner will take money out of their personal paychecks if the machine is wrong. What kind of crooked business is this? I took my vehicle almost during closing time and I paid for the extra service for my rims to get clean. Well when I got home they looked like they were never touched. I call the car wash but there was no answer. Well next morning I received a call back from the manager Tony. OMG this man when above and beyond to make things right. He asked me to take my car back. This man took a towel and cleaned each rim by hand and gave me a free car wash. My rims had break residue reason why when I went through the car wash they didn't look like they were cleaned. If you ever feel like you have a problem please don't hesitate to call Tony will go the extra mile to make things right. Wish there was more customers service like him!! read more

Hmmmm ok Sparkles/Sparklez I admit i was little reluctant in even giving you guys a try. I'm an avid ISHINE FAN however if I feel my ISHINE spot is being not so accommodating (for whatever reason) I will come back. It's a Simple Drive thru system and the guys direct you in. Scrub off bugs and such (lightly) , turn in mirrors if necessary. I got the tire cleaning wash and i felt it did just that. It wasn't Ishine but very close. There is a guy waiting when you roll out of the wash to dry your vehicle. If only you guys can find something a little more appealing for the towels to go in. It looked a little ghetto with 2 white baskets just sitting in the grass. Ijs. Overall i think I paid $9-$12 bucks and i was thoroughly pleased. YES they have FREE VACUUMS after your wash read more

The manager Tony is the apotheosis of great customer service and an asset to this company in every manner possible.

This is my favorite place to get my car washed. Not only is it super Duper inexpensive if you get a monthly membership, the car wash actually cleans your car. It is very quick to zip through and I love the free vacuum each time I visit. If the attendants have time, they wipe down my car for free. I tip them and that's good karma, right? read more

Paid $16 for the best wash and got screwed. Heard no high pressure and the wash was way less than spectacular. No undercarriage wash, no tire shine, and my wheels aren't even clean. The back window was completely missed judging by the dirt left on my bed cover. I won't be back considering that I have to go home and clean it again. read more

The car wash service from express car wash was good. I do feel that my tires could have been cleaner. The best part about my car wash experience at Sparklez was that there was an attendant who used assisted in drying your car properly. Normally, the blower doesn't last too long allowing wet spots to "mess up your wash". read more

This place is great. Affordable, straightforward drive-through soaping and rinse feels like a soul cleansing. Then the car is hand towel dried, and a DIY free vacuum is available in a safe environment. Definitely worth it - my car and I drive away feeling quite spruced and calm. read more

Very dissatisfied with the wash. Usually this place is ok, I don't expect much from a drive through wash. Came in at about 5:40 today (they close at 6) for a quick wash. I know it was close to closing but the employees really phoned it in. Did not scrub around the car pre-wash as they normally do. And when I got home I see my car is covering in scuffs, black dust (?), and there are a couple of spots that look like the paint was taken off. There's a guy that hand dries your car after the wash. So he saw all this junk on my car and gave me a thumbs up as if it were clean. read more

This is a terrific car wash! I took our 15 passenger van and got the $6 (cheapest) wash. A worker wiped it all over after coming out, so of course I tipped him! The van looked very nice outside, and then I used their free vacuum cleaners to make the inside look spic and span. The workers are very nice and the owner/manager (?) was gracious and anxious to please. I definitely recommend this place!! read more

Should have read the reviews before driving in. Both the manager and owner refused to take responsibility for damaging my truck. Owner kept saying what happened wasn't possible with his soft, slowly rotating brushes, all while the manager held the plastic guard of my tailgate in his hand. When I simply asked for a refund he refused and said, "We don't give refunds ever!" The $16 car wash is going to cost me another several hundred. If you're looking for a place that stands by their work and responsibility, steer clear of Sparklez. read more

After paying $16 for a car wash, I would have expected my car to at least be clean. Unfortunately that was not the case. After going through the wash, the two gentlemen wiping off the excess water were in quite a hurry to get me through and when I got to the feee vacuum (which was nice) I noticed there was still dirt on car and so much water it was like I hadn't gone through the dryer and then a 'hand dry.' I had to use my own rag to wipe off the excess water because there were none available and in doing so, my rag got so dirty, before I finished I was simply smearing dirt all over my 'clean' car. Not only did I just waste $16, I wasted my time trying to get my car clean! read more

First time going there and it's the worst experience ever after going thru there carwash me and my son witness there brushes snapping off my passenger side mirror we let the owner know and he denied that his brushes would snap off the mirror...when clearly u can see that the bristles went under the lip of the mirror to snap it off and still he refused to pay for damages.....i don't recommend this place if u car about ur car because if they break something they will not replace it.... there not an honest business read more

I've been here a handful of times in the last month and I'm pretty sure I've found my new favorite car wash. I buy the $16 package and it works wonders on my car. They also have free vacuums whenever you're done washing your car. Also, when your car is exiting the car wash, they have guys ready to dry your car leaving no water spots or anything. My car was so shiny, I had to get the guys name to good review him...Anthony did an amazing job! Will be back soon! read more

I used this carwash twice before and had decent results, but it was usually still dirty. Today I had a horrible experience that will cause me to never go back again. There were actual marks on my car left by this wash. I've been able to get some of it out with a lot of elbow grease, but not most of it. I'll need to take it to get it detailed to see if it all comes out. I don't know if their machine just hasn't been cleaned or what. Don't go here. read more

The first time i came to this car wash it was really nice. The guy took his time drying off my car. I knew it wouldn't be perfect but he did good job. But this time there was a younger and older guy drying the cars. The younger guy was drying off one side and the older guy did the other side. The older guy wiped my car for maybe less than a minute and was telling me to go. The younger guy was still trying to dry my car are the old man was still saying go. My car looks halfway done.
