Just a quick rinse that resulted in outstanding customer service. It was new location to me as I turned in, I was greeted and politely pointed in the right direction. I continued to the pay kiosk payed and then to the drive through entry. There were 2 gents that brushed the car of excess debris, then as it began to be pulled forward on the belt one of them yells have a nice day. However the other guy clearly sprayed or brushed my vehicle, until he couldn't go anything further. I thought he was coming through with me. I loved the dedication to get the job done. For a $7 wash, we were very satisfied! There are obviously higher levels of car washes but we basically needed to get all the pollen off my husband's vehicle. We came when there wasn't a line. So we were in and out in no time. My husband commented that the hand drying is a nice touch. read more

Remember the saying that everything that sparkles isn't gold?! I would make the same analogy for this car wash. Just because a place says car wash doesn't mean it washes the car. I drove out of my way to come her and get a quick $6 wash. The Yelp app stated they would close in close to an hour, but once I had pulled up and paid, I had the unfortunate luck of not being released to get to the car wash entrance. The kiosk kept saying to wait because someone else was in the wash. After awhile of sitting, the attendant came over and asked did I need help. I told him the issue and he went to get his manager. Luckily, I pulled the receipt to show that I paid for my wash because that was the next question that came out as I waited to go through. They had to manually lift the bar to let me get to the car wash. A little rough going through. Vehicle shook alot going through. They did wipe my vehicle off to dry when I came through, but that defeats the purpose of car wash when the towels are soaked, which the next day was evident since I had streaks on the vehicle. I call the car wash but there was no answer. Well next morning I received a call back from the manager Tony. OMG this man when above and beyond to make things right. He asked me to take my car back. This man took a towel and cleaned each rim by hand and gave me a free car wash. My rims had break residue reason why when I went through the car wash they didn't look like they were cleaned. I'm an avid ISHINE FAN however if I feel my ISHINE spot is being not so accommodating (for whatever reason) I will come back. It's a Simple Drive thru system and the guys direct you in. Scrub off bugs and such (lightly) , turn in mirrors if necessary. I got the tire cleaning wash and i felt it did just that. It wasn't Ishine but very close. There is a guy waiting when you roll out of the wash to dry your vehicle. If only you guys can find something a little more appealing for the towels to go in. This is my favorite place to get my car washed. Not only is it super Duper inexpensive if you get a monthly membership, the car wash actually cleans your car. It is very quick to zip through and I love the free vacuum each time I visit. If the attendants have time, they wipe down my car for free. I tip them and that's good karma, right? read more

Paid $16 for the best wash and got screwed. Heard no high pressure and the wash was way less than spectacular. No undercarriage wash, no tire shine, and my wheels aren't even clean. The car wash service from express car wash was good. I do feel that my tires could have been cleaner. The best part about my car wash experience at Sparklez was that there was an attendant who used assisted in drying your car properly. Very dissatisfied with the wash. Usually this place is ok, I don't expect much from a drive through wash. Came in at about 5:40 today (they close at 6) for a quick wash. I know it was close to closing but the employees really phoned it in. Did not scrub around the car pre-wash as they normally do. And when I got home I see my car is covering in scuffs, black dust (?), and there are a couple of spots that look like the paint was taken off. There's a guy that hand dries your car after the wash. This is a terrific car wash! I took our 15 passenger van and got the $6 (cheapest) wash. A worker wiped it all over after coming out, so of course I tipped him! The van looked very nice outside, and then I used their free vacuum cleaners to make the inside look spic and span. Should have read the reviews before driving in. Both the manager and owner refused to take responsibility for damaging my truck. Owner kept saying what happened wasn't possible with his soft, slowly rotating brushes, all while the manager held the plastic guard of my tailgate in his hand. When I simply asked for a refund he refused and said, "We don't give refunds ever!" The $16 car wash is going to cost me another several hundred. After paying $16 for a car wash, I would have expected my car to at least be clean. Unfortunately that was not the case. After going through the wash, the two gentlemen wiping off the excess water were in quite a hurry to get me through and when I got to the feee vacuum (which was nice) I noticed there was still dirt on car and so much water it was like I hadn't gone through the dryer and then a 'hand dry.' I had to use my own rag to wipe off the excess water because there were none available and in doing so, my rag got so dirty, before I finished I was simply smearing dirt all over my 'clean' car. I used this carwash twice before and had decent results, but it was usually still dirty. Today I had a horrible experience that will cause me to never go back again. There were actual marks on my car left by this wash. I've been able to get some of it out with a lot of elbow grease, but not most of it. The first time i came to this car wash it was really nice. The guy took his time drying off my car. I knew it wouldn't be perfect but he did good job. But this time there was a younger and older guy drying the cars. The younger guy was drying off one side and the older guy did the other side. The older guy wiped my car for maybe less than a minute and was telling me to go. The younger guy was still trying to dry my car are the old man was still saying go. My car looks halfway done. They went the extra mile and cleaned my tires since they still had a little grime on them (my tires were really dirty to be fair). Definitely will be coming back! Terrible. Literally my car was still dirty, dull, and still had bird poop and grass still on my car. When I took my car back they told me that simple "dirt" wasn't going to come off. I wiped my finger on the front of my car and my finger was black from dirt AFTER the wash. I brought it back and told them it was unacceptable and they wiped my entire car down in windex.
