Sister threw up in my car last night, I cleaned what I could but decided to take my car here. I paid $100 for an interior/exterior cleaning, took 1.5 hours to complete. When I came to pick my car back up, there was still vomit caked into the carpets that I specifically requested be cleaned the most thoroughly, so I made them take it back and fix it and actually remove it which they did and apologized. I take my car home because they were closing and took photos of everything they did not clean. Did not even touch the seatbelt, still had vomit caked on it completely. Did not clean between the seats at all, seemed like they wiped this really oily cleaner all over the center console but did not actually get anything out of the steering wheel or parts of the dash. $100 for this? I'm going back tomorrow for either them fixing their mistakes or a partial refund. read more

I have been going here for years but last week they let me know to never come back. They locked my keys in the car and they used a ballon through the crack of the door to unlock it. They bent my door. When I brought it to the managers attention he said they didn't lock the keys in the car. I said I saw them so we went the office to look on the camaras, and we could see them trying to unlock it. Then he said the door was like that when I got there. I told him it was not and that I have pictures of where I just picked up the new car a couple of weeks ago. I asked to file a claim and he said the owner had that info and that he would call me the next day. Well, I got no call. If you go here make sure you bring CASH to tip the employee who detailed your car! They do not allow you to tip on the credit card. But you can buy a gift card for them to spend inside THEIR store. This used to be one of Pearland's few car washes, but now we have plenty of other options. I am a neat freak and notice imperfections when it comes to cleanliness of my car. Every time I have brought my car here, I have noticed the rush job they do on my car. From dirt spots, wet spots and the interior not being completely clean, I have no idea how they stay in business. Extremely upset with my visit with Texas Pride Carwash. I paid 155 dollars for them to take three hours to not fully clean my car. Yes, my car was in bad shape when I took it in but they did a lazy job on cleaning it. The manager came to my window and didn't name a package but said he would do everything ( wipe my dash , clean crevices, car wash , shampoo seats , vacuum carpet...etc) but shampoo my carpet because that would be 225. I honestly don't know where they get these numbers from because I've been here once e a long time ago and was charged 195 dollars for everything including carpets. In the end, my seats looked better but were soaking and got dirty almost a week later because they did not dry them properly. The dash and radio part looked lazy. They missed a lot of places in my car which tells me they just didn't bother to look. Lastly , my cup holders were barely cleaned and I don't understand how they made it look as if they quit half way through. Been coming here for years and sadly the quality has gone down hill.. this is probably the most notorious car wash in Pearland on a Saturday- when I went. I was told less than an hour guaranteed by the manager, I proceeded to wait over 90 minutes- missing a prior scheduled appointment. The quality has gone down hugely, they cut corners and don't seem to care anymore. Sure it looks great to the naked eye but for $50 I expect the cup holders cleaned and the carpet thoroughly vacuumed. I'm very upset I paid so much and there are so many flaws.. I will not be returning to Texas pride unfortunately, I loved this place for years, now it's turned into a speed race to pump volume at expensive prices... not impressed guys. read more

For $13 free car wash with a coupon I really wasn't expecting this place to be any better than Kwik Ocean off of Scarsdale. I just figured why not get the exterior clean, I really don't care if they don't clean the interior..I can finish doing that myself. Exactly, what they did. They only vacuumed the inside, didn't remove any of my trash like my McAlister's cup from two days ago, and they ran it through the car wash on the side and hand dried it. Not a big deal, right?! Brought my work truck here to get detailed. Yes it was in bad shape, however, for $160 I expect the truck to be cleaned, or at least look like there was some effort. The whole car looked very oily from the armor all and slippery. Not to mention they didn't clean out the trunk, and small crevices had a lot of dirt. Had to clean it myself as soon as I left. After watching these people work, I've noticed that they really pay attention to the details. We came here for the first time because we found a great deal on Groupon that included interior and exterior cleaning, as well as hand waxing. I usually go to the Missouri City location but I've come by this location a few times lately since it's owned by the same family. Just like the other location, this car wash is great. They know me by name and clean my truck well every single time. For me nothing beats a hand washed car; especially when I need the inside cleaned after a road trip with my kids. Glen and his team get all the dog hair, crumbs, and dirt/ sand my crew drags in with them. This is a family owned business and they're adapting really well to the COVID regulations. First time at this location. Car was pretty dirty, it's clean now. The rags they use for drying must be cheap because they left lint all over the car. You pretty much know what you are getting at these type car washes, $20-$25 depending on the options you choose. Pretty typical results. read more

We've been going to Texas pride for about a decade or longer. They are very inconsistent. For 25 bucks you can get a pretty great wash or you can get a decent wash... It just depends what day it is. I have gone back to the manager to have them re-vacuum because that's usually where problem lies. Sometimes he will say oh we did that or yeah I know... And they will redo it it's just frustrating especially when I make it a point to stress that I need the car vacuumed when I'm checking in. read more

I AM SO VERY DISAPPOINTED! I purchased a $73.95 exterior detailing wash for $39 via Groupon. The outside looks ok; although the front windshield is streaked AND a piece of blue cloth (don't know where it came from) us now stuck in a crevice in the side rear & was left there! No one bothered to pull it out & I couldn't. The inside lacked so much! Please see photos that I included. They did a super quick vacuum, not bothering to remove my carpet mats. The dashboard above my steering wheel was not touched. Trash, crumbs, & old debris were in small open compartments in the console. Trash was left on the floorboard mat on the passenger side. Yes,I used a Groupon, but I still paid $39 for this! I won't be purchasing anymore Groupons for this business NOR will I recommend them to anyone! Go somewhere else to get your car washed & detailed. After a hunting trip, I went in well before closing time. The lady at the vacuum area told me it would take just a little bit longer for my truck to be done because they were short on employees. I told her that was not a problem and I went to the Casa Ole next door. After a few Rita's I saw that my truck was finished. I went over, paid and drove home. I got the $50 superclean deal which included air vents and cup holders, on a Friday & I waited for 2 hours, a full hour my vehicle was in the detail area and I'm not sure what for because it was a terrible job. I ended up having to clean the inside more because they smeared some kind of oil substance on and that was it, so I had to go home and polish it all myself. Took our 2018 car with under 800 miles for its first wash left with red stains in the seat and headliner. 3 chips in the paint and we have never had drinks of food in this car other then water and one cup of coffee. Management takes no responsibility for the damage to the vechical and actually had the nerve to laugh in our faces when we complained about the damage to our vechical. I haven't left a review for a business in FOREVER but the "service" I received here was terrible to say the least. I saw an ad on Groupon for a discounted detail package so I figured I'd give it a try. I'm SO glad I didn't pay full price. The package I was supposed to receive was a $70 full service wash/wax/interior clean. At BEST all I received was a wash and maybe one or two passes of the vacuum accords my seats. I left and came back so I didn't see if the wax was actually applied but my JEEP was completed in less than 30mins so there's no way they could have "hand waxed and buffed" my vehicle like they claim to have done. The pictures posted are of my JEEP upon pick up. You'll see exterior dressing smeared and not applied correctly, crumbs dirt and dust left behind, sand in easily accs bile areas. Very disappointed lately, at the beginning when I came to wash my truck, they usually do a very good job but now they just try to don't put a minimum effort in what they do, they just use a little bit of wax, they try to avoid any extra effort and at the end you pay a lot of extra money for a very cheap service, also when you tell them to fix the issue or clean it again they will be very mad and try to fix it but not as they supposed to do it since the beginning. read more

It finally quit raining daily and my car was over due for a good cleaning, both inside and out. I took it to Texas Pride because it is conveniently located near my house and it always seems busy. I figured if there were always a bunch of cars out there, then certainly the service must be good. Wrong. The service was simply okay. When I got back into my car there was a dirty shoe print on my floor mat and it didn't look like my seats had been vacuumed very well either. Perhaps there are always a bunch of cars there because there are not many full service car washes located in Pearland. Since I had gone there directly after work, I decided that it wasn't worth the effort to bring my complaints to the car washes' attention. I simply opted to go home and relax instead. Sadly, I won't be returning for any more services. In closing, I would like to say some positive things. The cashier was super friendly and nice. This car wash is average. I notice a few crumbs and dirt on dirt that was overlooked on my seat and drink holders. The outside of my car was pretty good and they even cleaned the door jams. For the price I paid i got a decent job and it's not enough to complain to a manager. This is not my first time here and I've noticed that it really depends on the person working on your car. They don't do cash back so unless you want to be a jerk who doesn't tip you have to walk a block to the ATM and pay a $3 ATM fee if you don't use regions.
