I have never in all my years been so disgusted with a company before!!!!!! DO NOT GET WATER WITH SPARKLETTS!!!!!!! This is one company costco should not have done business with. 1. Your bill is not monthly, its every 3 and 1/2 weeks 2. You may or may not get a water delivery and sometimes you may get additional things that you did not ask for, but know that you will get billed for 3. Forget about "talking to customer service " because that is a joke. You have to wait 20-30mins only to be transferred again for another 20-30mins. And they have no clue about policy/procedure. 4. If you missed you payment because you thought you were only paying once a month (12times/yr), and you try to call to resolve, it is damn near impossible. In the mean time, your water delivery will cease, but you will continue to be charged for it !!! They make it impossible to cancel the service. Tried since October 2015 5. Don't expect a courtesy call to verify payment if for some reason it didn't go through on their website (there is no confirmation number given). But expect to be sent to collections!!!! 6. And collections is where the nightmare begins. Nobody can assist you if you account hasn't gotten there yet. They will hang up on you. Very very very rude people on the phone. The person who supposedly has you acct remains a phantom. While no one at sparkletts can help you because your acct is deleted. All the while your being charged here there. This fee that fee. 7. You have to go to the warehouse and return your own bottle, equipment and rack if and when you decide to cancel TAKE MY ADVICE AND APPARENTLY EVERYONE ELSES ON YELP. DO SIGN UP WITH SPARKLETS. Just paid them their balance. Never again. I would rather drink water from Michigan!!!! They really deserve zero stars. read more

Terrible, horrible, no-good, very bad service. Missed deliveries. Then unscheduled, double deliveries. What they say on the phone just doesn't make it to the delivery people. They did not even come close to following the schedule they gave us. I do not recommend them at all. We switched to Texas Hill Country water delivery, and so far they are MILES better. read more

I have worked in offices for over 17 years throughout 7 states and every office uses a delivery company for either water or coffee. This company is by far the worst delivery company I have ever seen. Consistently miss delivery's and will stop the service with out ever telling you and when you call in there is always at least a 10 minute wait to speak to someone who doesn't care what you have to say. The only thing ever accomplished by speaking to anyone there is that I may be more likely to actually receive my delivery. They cant even tell my why my delivery was missed nor do they even call to let you know about it- oh but you will still be charged for it, that isn't missed. I have contacted Culligan and Aquafina who are known to be reliable. Don't waste your time like we have, there are too many other options for good reliable service. read more

Signed up for water service, waited the week for the delivery...nothing! Called to find out what was going on. I was told the card declined the $87 they were trying to charge. What $87? When ordering it said the first time charge would be $34, each month there after $27. Nothing about the extra $50 for deposit and credit check that I was told about once I called the customer service department... I transferred ONLY $50 to that account to cover the $34 it says it was charging that day! I didn't want any surprises later.....Good thing I did! If they were trying to charge more then they say, then that means fraud!! Good thing I printed my initial order. I'm reporting them to the BBB! read more

I had AWFUL experience with Sparkletts. They just didn't show up or call for my initial delivery 3 times in a row! Trying to contact them is a nightmare: "We are experiencing higher than normal call volume." I had to wait over 40 minutes the first time they didn't show up, over an hour the second time, and opted for a call back (which came over an hour after I left a message) the third time they didn't show up. When I finally spoke to someone the third time, I went ahead and canceled my service. I happened to get a call from the delivery guy about an hour after I canceled saying he'd be at my house the next morning. Sorry...too little and WAY too late. read more

The water tastes good, I love not having to pick it up and bring it home. That was all I can say about these sorry pieces of crap. Took forever to get it set up from costco but was happy for a few days. I paid my deposit, next bill came I paid for the water, they have an online schedule for your next delivery...... that they never go by. I checked to make sure when my next bottles would be delivered so I could put out the empties, had them out.... no show. thought ok maybe tomorrow..... called after more than a week when my last bottle ran dry. told was holiday weekend and that they would see if the guy could get us water, that he would call us to confirm, otherwise it would be on tuesday. didnt show up, still no water, wife calling them all day and these asshats cant tell her anything, they dont know anything. Now when we called we requested 5 bottles to be delivered so that we would have extra so we wouldnt run out again. I looked online to make sure and yes they had me down for 5 bottles on 5/31/16 but when we call they say we arent up for a delivery till thursday. I can see the writing on the wall and am complaining to CostCo and will start the headache of cancelling tomorrow when they DONT deliver. INCOMPETENT is the only word that can be used with these idiots. read more

This company is HORRIBLE!! To start off with they didn't deliver ANYTHING when they promised we had to wait 2 or 3 weeks for a bottom loaded water cooler, that should have been our first clue! The invoices have never been right, we are being way over charged for services and bottles we never received. And then the delivery guy NEVER shows up when promised, we are supposed to get water once a month, he will show up one week and then the very next week show up again and then nothing for over a month we have had to go to the water kiosk and pay to fill up their bottle because when you call asking where the water is it will take at least a week for the guy to show up even though they say tomorrow. Then I am pretty sure we are being charged for a bottle we have never possessed, as well as EVERY time he stops at our house, whether we get water or not!! I have no clue why Costco associates with this company and I don't have a clue why they are still in business! read more

Absolutely terrible! Do not ever sign with them. The customer service is terrible. Their website obviously does not coorespond with their database. I've made changes to my account twice and it was never honored. Now I can't get a hold of them by phone and have been trying to do so for a week. It's so awfule! read more

Absolute WORST service ever. They missed half of the deliveries, phone wait times longer than 20 minutes. This time when I cancelled my service I started calling them at 9 in the morning. Finally got to talk to someone at 1248. Have to wait 2 weeks for them to pick up equipment, for which I still have to pay rental service on. I was NOT refunded for the month of water service they missed. If you value your money and sanity DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. read more

salesman sold us service saying no charge for dispenser and only $6.00 for each 5 gal jug they had our mailing/ physical address as well as phone number and Email we got water service for months and never received a bill soon found out salesman lied and must have withheld invoices to avoid his deception being discovered! they charged us $7.00 not $6.00 as promised also charged $4.99mo for dispenser plus $3.17/mo. energy surcharge plus$3.00 paper invoice fee plus $10.00 late fee for invoice we never received! Do not do business with these people. They are thieves! My husband and I moved and changed our address with them only to find a $100 charge 2 months later on our bank account for a cancellation fee, AND they were charging us for both addresses...even after they cancelled one. I have called 6 times and each time somebody apologizes and says it is being taken care of and the money will be deposited back in to my account "tomorrow." It has been two weeks and I have not seen any money, and every time I call I hear the same thing. Don't go with these crooks. read more

Signed up for this service last year at Costco. First delivery, machine and 3 bottles; used 1/2 bottle before three bottles were again delivered. Whoa! Called Sparkletts and told them to hold of more deliveries because I (living alone) couldn't possibly use that much water! Next month, three more bottles, for a total of nine. Called again to ask why they haven't stopped delivery and asked if delivery driver was paid by the bottle. Was told that he was and that they would stop the delivery and I would just owe the cooler rental until I was getting the water again. Cooler rental was about $5.67 a month. To their credit, I probably paid every two months. Didn't think much of it. Got a collection letter in the mail from their collection company charging me for the cooler rental and all the bottles. Sparkletts won't pick it up because it is in "collections" and I have to return it to the warehouse. Have put in a complaint to COSTCO. Not saying the water isn't good, but their customer service is bad. read more

Wow!!!! What a terrible experience. We signed up for water service in Oregon through Costco and thought this will be nice. It never was... missed deliveries or not enough water. We moved to Texas after a while for work. We contacted DS Services to relocate our service. They told us to leave the water bottles and take the cooler with us. So we did. We provided our new location and they promised someone would call me to check in and set up the new delivery. Needless to say no one ever called and 6 months later after multiple attempts of getting some information they send our account to collections. Which is really confusing because our payment method never changed. Now they will not let us have water service for at least 90 days and I have to return to the cooler on my own or be charged another $200. B.S. I tried to get a route sales manager to call me back, but no one will return calls. Absolutely the worst company and customer service ever!!!!! Heed my advice... stay away. Just buy a filter for your faucet. read more
