While at first our appointment was cancelled as the groomer fell ill, Niki came to our rescue and fit Rookie into her schedule as we were traveling out of town the next day. The space reminded me of the DryBar, but Sparkle is exclusively for dogs. Rookie came out looking dapper and smelling good! It was a seamless experience! read more

Laynee is the best! She was so patient with my 1 year old doggy, Banks and I loved the brightening treatment they did on him. Highly recommend :) read more

My husky Vosco and I had an amazing experience. He is usually very anxious but Xio took great care of him and he was a very happy boy. She recommended we do a deshed, which helped a lot because he sheds so much. We're both so happy with our experience that I started a monthly membership with them. I highly recommend to give them a try. read more

We've been members here since August and I've never known my doodles coat was capable of being so beautiful! The consistency of monthly grooming is key and has been a game changer. We are so happy with the services and NIKKI was a superstar today, making my Sheepadoodle look better than ever. read more

I've been taking my girl Poppy (maltipoo) to Sparkle for 4 months now. I love this place. I originally went to the one in Gilbert, now Scottsdale. I have not had a bad experience EVER! They do a great job every single time and love on my baby. Megan in Scottsdale is a total sweetheart and is great at what they do! Take your pup here! Get a membership, it's worth the money! Sadly I had to cancel my membership since the drive from Goodyear to Scottsdale was over 2 hours with traffic. I couldn't do it anymore. If they come to the west valley I would be signing up again!!! read more

We had a great experience at Sparkle Grooming! They are the best groomers in town! Can't recommend enough!

My dog Forrest had a great time at Sparkle Dog Grooming! They were so patient and great with him, and he usually hates getting groomed. He came out happy and looking amazing. Highly recommend! read more

I was happy with our service, and our dog was happy when he was done. So win, win! They fit him in, and didn't hassle me for being a client in from out of town. Other salons wouldn't even consider scheduling our BernieDoodle. The salon owner has Bernie's too, so she got it! read more

Couldn't be happier with our experience. Baxter was made comfortable right from the start, and so was I. The staff at Sparkle was very patient and attentive. They definitely took their time and paid attention to every detail. You can tell they take pride in their work. Not just in regards to the quality of the services they provide, but also in the experience of the pup. The pricing here is also super competitive. And making an appointment was totally simple to do online. Baxter and I are both thrilled and will be coming back for sure. read more

After a long search for a groomer we came across Sparkle just before they were about to open for business. We have been going to Sparkle weekly since they opened with our aussie doodle. We signed up for the unlimited plan which is $95 monthly which is an excellent cost for all that's included . They also don't charge based on the size of your dog. Nicole has been grooming him and she does a wonderful job! She's great with him as he has separation anxiety. They let me know when he's almost done so I can be there to pick him up right away. He always comes out looking and smelling great! soft and fluffy and grooms him exactly how i request. All the staff I've interacted with and the owners have been friendly and knowledgeable . read more

I've taken Oliver to Scottsdale Sparkle for about 2 + months. I get him groomed bi-weekly. He's only 7 months now. Nikki had been doing a fabulous job with him. Getting a puppy to cooperate is a talent. He goes in happily and comes out the same only smelling really good and with a perfect 'Doodle' round cut. He gets a lot of compliments on his coiffure, including from Cochise Animal Hospital staff (convenient that's where we go for the very best care) just in front of Sparkle. read more

Excellent experience with our husky and retriever. Bath, trim and nails. We'll be back!

Just had my dog groomed at Sparkles in Scottsdale. Unfortunately, it was not done well. He was shaved on his rear until it was raw. Poor boy can barely sit. For. This they charged me $125.00. A bath and clip. Pretty pricy, but if it was done well that would have been more or less acceptable. I would not recommend that you subject your dog to what my poor dog endured read more

I had a great experience! The staff were nice and communicative. It's tough to find someone to trust grooming your dog. But they did a great job! We will be coming back here! read more

They did a very professional job! I was highly impressed with the work they did! I would strongly recommend Sparkle Grooming to anyone!

Super easy to schedule appointment. Friendly staff and my puppy has looked better than any other groomer. I would highly recommend!

This was our first time with them and will be the last. The service was well below average and the staff were not friendly. They didn't cut our dogs hair the way we asked. They shaved his whole body, which was not what we asked for and it's uneven. Our dog has been to many groomers and we've never has this type of experience, it's unfortunate. They texted to tell us that they couldn't finish the job, because he was " biting and thrashing", which he's never done. When we got there, Nicolle was defensive before we asked any questions. I asked her twice to bring our dog out and she wouldn't bring him out until we paid. We had every intention on paying and we felt she was holding our dog hostage until we paid. I could hear him in a crate in the back, completely stressed out and scared. I don't believe they treated our dog well and the haircut they gave him shows it. I hope nobody experiences this with them, maybe they were tired after a long day. For us, we'll never go back or recommend them. read more
