After being with them, practically since their opening, we're done. This particular location would arbitrarily change our "regularly scheduled" day for cleaning...and we never got angry. They forgot about us several times when their staff would change or their owners would go on vacation...sometimes for more than 2 weeks, and all we did was call to check...and get, "Oops! Our mistake." And we'd take it. So we didn't think it was a big deal when sometimes we'd play quarterly v. Monthly because Patrick, the owner, never said a thing. But this time, while dealing with my husband's illness, then his father's death causing us to have to suddenly leave town, we had problems. As soon as hubby was feeling better, (Feb.) he paid the bill and assumed everything was fine. Until we looked out the window Saturday afternoon and realized our pool had a greenish tinge. So we called. The owner was off, but we were told he'd call back. After WE followed up twice we were told someone would be back out Monday to take care of things. When that didn't happen started calling...and got a call back today. They were going to look into what happened with the "route" supervisor who promptly told us that they weren't coming out as we'd never paid for March's services yet. When we advised we hadn't even gotten that bill yet, he told us that they would not be performing any further services without a credit card on file with the "billing department." This was the first we'd heard of it, but ok....right? Then he wanted to know "how green" our pool had become. We told him that when he was expected Monday we could easily see to the bottom (mind you, we'd been calling daily with little to no luck), but that now it was pretty green. He said the pool probably needed to be re-treated now. And it would cost an additional $200. Hmmm... So granted, we should not have been late on payments (but if they'd let us know the credit card thing WAS an option, this would've been a non-issue), but is it really good customer service to change your customers' service dates with no notice, to randomly forget to service them at all and expect everything to be ok, then to cancel people who have been both good customers and referrers without even telling them you've changed billing policies?Or that you're discontinuing service? Nope. There are other options around. I'm over being held hostage to things that aren't even relayed to me. Communication is key in any relationship and theirs sucks. read more

After multiple attempts by several companies, this company was able to pinpoint why my pool was getting strange.spots. Pool Service- Aweful! Service girl on the phone entire time she's here- 11 minutes. Brushes only every 1-2 feet apart. Didn't brush pool bottom. Area manager and service girl have an in your face aggressive attitude. Always trying to sell their highest cost program. Not a good service. read more

I have been with them for years( for both supplies and weekly cleaning) and at times have been underwhelmed by there service especially the cleaning. For the $90 a month I questioned the thoroughness of service provided. I am also very busy at work and at times have not paid monthly but have always paid (sometimes quarterly). This past February after having lost my father and been sick I went in and paid up what I owed. At that time I was not told my service would not be restarted unless I provided them a card number they would bill (since I was delinquent). So the whole month of march I was assuming I was getting my usual pool service. Unfortunately when my water started turning green on 3/24 and called in to see what was happening, it took 5 days for someone to get back to me and tell me that without a card on file they would not service my pool ( if that was the case that should have been told to me in Feb when I paid my bill in full. I was also told that since my pool is GREEN now and you can't see the bottom they would also be charging me an ADDITIONAL $200 for them to shock my pool back to health!!! I would have gladlygiven them a card number back in Feb if I was told at that time. Now they want to gouge me $200 to get my pool back to normal. Time to look for another pool service I think....feel I was played very badly here at the end. read more

This place caused an equipment failure and wouldn't own up to it. lost an account over a $60 repair.. losers

Called to see if they could reccomend someone local to drain 3/4 inches of water & clean sides of above ground pool. They told me they had a guy that would do it. Took my information (name, number, address) and said their guy would be over to take a look and give me an estimate. Two hours later and their guy is not here yet so I call to get an ETA. To which they reply, "Yeah, he doesn't do above ground and isn't coming." A call back informing me of this would have been appropriate; complete and total lack of professionalism, and common courtesy; disgraceful customer service on this one! read more

This is the worst pool service I have had in my 13 years of owning a pool. They charge for services they said they did and times they said they came and they did not. They argued with me, the customer, when I questioned them about certain aspects of the cleaning saying I had to pay more money ($15 a month extra).....for brushing about 5 rocks at the bottom of my waterfall and this only needed to be done 3 times a year when they turn green. I have since found several services that thought it was ridiculous to charge anything extra for brushing a few rocks about 3 times a year. We have been to this store 3 times, trying to buy various pool supplies. Each time the staff has not even acknowledged our presence. They are either on their cell phones or in conversations with pool friends. Even when we go to the counter with items to purchase they do not look at us or acknowledge we are there. Their customer service is TERRIBLE. We have to leave without buying anything. We will never return. read more
