Would not hesitate to hire this company again. The experience from the initial quote, to the ordering process, to the construction... all the way to the final cleanup and even the pool conditioning/curing process was way better than we ever expected. The sales rep, David M. showed up on time and spent a great deal of effort to get complete accuracy of measurements. He answered all of our questions thoroughly. His followup communication was prompt and complete as well. The visit to the showroom in Port Charlotte to pick out coping, tiles and pool surface was easy, though the choices were almost overwhelming. We are really happy with the colors, everything melds together perfectly and really added an upscale feel to the lanai area. Chelsea was in charge of scheduling and keeping us informed. She did a great job keeping up. The construction crews showed up regularly every day, on time and they did an amazing professional job. The tile setters are among the best I've seen (coming from someone who has decades of first hand experience tiling many floors, kitchens and bathrooms). There were some messes out in the yard from the pool re-surfacing, but it was made very clear in the paperwork that would happen, and to expect it. The grass is pretty much completely recovered from the sluice box area now (after about 4 weeks). Overall, all the various crews were very good about cleaning up after themselves and respectful of our property. We appreciated that. Finally they assigned a technician (Max) to maintain and condition the pool as it cured. He too patiently answered all of my questions thoroughly - we do our own pool maintenance and want to keep it tip top shape. Many of our friends have used this company for their pool renovations and all have been happy too. None have had any issues that we are aware of. read more

We found this company through an ad and I just decided to give a shout out. We could not be happier!!! The finished pool exceeded our expectations. Every process has been so easy. Tonya our project manager has been on site to answer any questions and we have really been happy with our experience. The sales (Brian), the communication( Chelsey), and the staff have all worked their tails off to make this gorgeous pool. I would highly recommend this company. They were bought out by Pearl Pools so some of these old reviews are unfair because it's a whole new company as of about two years ago( from what I'm told). If I could give less than one star I absolutely would. This company has zero ethics as it pertains to doing business. My parents hired them to fully refurbish a pool, costing well over $16,000. Multiple delays due to shipping delays and somehow the cost of everything kept rising despite what was agreed upon during the estimate. I know shipping times are and were outrageous, but there is certainly evidence that things weren't ordered when we were told they were. They sure knew how to contact us when they needed more money for the job! The pool was done in March 2022 and to be Frank, it was a hack job. There are calcium deposits forming where the tiles were not adhered correctly and in the last week a brand new tile has fallen off into the pool. Every time they were contacted we received nothing more than a complete run around. The only time we have been able to speak with someone is when my parents appeared IN PERSON at the store front. Despite multiple phone calls with messages left, they continue to evade their responsibilities as it pertains to our pool. Buyer be warned. You will not receive what you pay for with this company! read more

Resurrection Pools did a fabulous job restoring our 15 X 30 pool and separate spa. They were prompt, completed the job in a relatively short period of time and made our pool beautiful. The cost was reasonable while not the lowest cost, they could start the job quicker. In 2015 we choose Resurrection Pools to resurface our pool. We were satisfied with the results. Only 4 years later the tiles started to fall off. We were told it wasn't covered under the warranty. They said for $200.00 they could fix it. They sent one guy out with a chissle,hammer and bucket to repair it. After a few days of working a few hours on it and borrowing a few of our own tools we were told it would be $400.00. The guy working on it told us it would never last. In June this year the bottom and sides started to develope dark spots. It looked like black algae but was not. Matt came out and told us it was due to the calcium levels being off. Our levels were NEVER off. So for the tune of $800.00 they could drain it and acid wash it. So after the wash..it looks terrible. Once again....not covered by warranty!!!!! So after spending $5,600 to resurface, $400.00 to fix tiles, $800.00 to acid wash and cost to refill pool three times..we have a pool that looks terrible. Resurrection pools should be ashamed of their work and warranty. I would NEVER recommend this pool company to anyone. NEVER Deb Jerome 12/1/2019 RESPONSE TO OWNERS COMMENTS BELOW You have a lifetime warranty on the resurfacing. When there is an issue with the surface your responce is to blame the pool owner to avoid having to honor the warranty. The issue is with the product not the owner. Chemicals were checked regularly and were not out of balance. They charged us to repair the tile, it was not done as a courtesy. The rest of the deck is the same as before the resurfacing was done in 2015. The issues are in the pool - the tiles coming loose and the black stain/scale in the pool. I would NEVER recommend Resurrection Pools. Response from the ownera day ago We regret Mrs Jerome is dissatisfied. In early 2015, our field technicians did an exceptional job resurfacing and replacing both rows of decorative tile on her pool. Unfortunately, issues exist with the customer's pool & deck that create ongoing issues at the tile line that are outside what we are able to warranty. Decks shift, and in many cases crack. Some pools in Florida, especially near the water, shift more than others. This is why some decks may crack more regularly, and these cracks place stress on the waterline tile. Porcelain mosaic tiles typically do not withstand the force of a moving concrete slab. And, as the deck shifts, tiles are forced to separate along the grout lines, causing gaps to form and grout to fall out. In March of 2017, the Jeromes' pool experienced exactly this issue. We advised that without deck stabilization, the issue could likely reoccur. And because the customer was within their 2-year workmanship warranty, we re-grouted the tile at no charge.  In May of 2019, Mr. Jerome contacted us stating that indeed the issue returned, and that he understood it was not a warranty related issue. By June, our crew executed a very thorough repair of the tile and pool surface, at a minimum cost considering the hours required. And, more importantly, we again explained they would need to address the structural issue for long-term resolution.  Additionally, black stains/scale in pools do not indicate material failure, rather chemistry issues. Because we hope all of our customers are customers for life, we performed an acid wash on the Jeromes' pool at their request.  Customers may always exercise their right to place a warranty claim on the material, if they truly believe it is the material that is failing.  We are proud that we did all we could for our customer, and are never happy when a customer is disappointed. read more

We used Mark with Resurrection Pool to resurface our club pool and deck area. They did an excellent job on the pool however the resurfaced area around the pool is a disaster. Our board has tried to get them to stand behind their warranty however sadly Mark does not return our calls we spent over $80,000 for this job and received sub par work. We have one area as large as a lounge chair completely broken up which poses a tripping hazard we must keep covered w a chair. Please do your homework before using this company.
