No job is too large or small. We had them add gutter guards to one half our gutters. Our neighbor's trees were clogging the gutters on that side of the house. No issues on the other side. They came out to give us an estimate the same day as our initial call. Their professional opinion matched the coverage area we had decided needed the guards. I have text messages confirming the order. It's now been six weeks and Heights says they no longer do that work despite their prior promises. They claim they had no way to know I had been promised this since they fired the employee who represented them. Evidently they do not keep records or adequately manage their employees since no one advised me my order was not going to be fulfilled and the installation was not going to take place. Terrible experience. They dropped the ball and take no responsibility.

It was also determined by the project manager last year that a gutter at the front entry needed lowered which he said he would schedule. I made a follow up call after not hearing from them for a couple months, and he promised again to schedule. It's approaching a year and still no contact. I found another company to resolve my issues. I do not like to leave this type of review but felt my experience should be shared.
